"I ordered the Samsung PL120 dual view camera. They said that it would take a few days to process the order but after a few days it still didn't work. They kept saying that I had the wrong billing address on my card. After making sure that I had the right one, I called them to see what the issue was. They asked me what it was and I told them (While looking at my billing information online). She kept asking me what it was near, and if I could give her any other address that might have been it. I even asked if she could just cancel the order. It stayed in processing limbo for a few months before eventually cancelling. I've never had an issue with the billing address not matching up anywhere else and will never buy from Buy.com again. "

"Awful!!!! I placed an order and wanted it shipped to the gift recipient, and that was too much for this company to process, so they shipped it back to their warehouse. Since the item was a requested gift, I placed the order again, asking them to ship it to me. Got an email the following day that the item was no longer available. The next day received email that order had shipped. I do most of my shopping on line but will not do business with this company again. Never again!!!!!!"

"I was looking for a combo TV/DVD for our exercise room. For various reasons, I chose the Sansui 22" SLEDVD226. I had difficulty finding it locally. Even online, it was not a common product, but Buy.com had it listed for the best price. I ordered it and then happened to check on Buy.com's ratings. I also looked into their business model. Buy.com does not have a central warehouse. Buy.com actually works with many suppliers, who then ship the product. This helps explain the very mixed reviews. In my case everything went well. My Sansui TV/DVD was delivered by FedEx on 1/20/2012, just 3 days after I ordered it. I received a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number from Buy.com on 1/19/2012. The TV is exactly what I wanted and was manufactured just 2 months ago (Nov. 2011)."

"WORST ON-LINE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! THIS COMPANY AND THE SELLER CITY TRENDS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. BOTH HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS. "TERRIBLE! SCAM! WORST online shopping experience I have ever had!!

1.Small simple order hasn't arrived after 5 weeks!
2.Buy.com customer-service reps were very unhelpful, barely spoke English, and told me they are out of the loop after the initial sale and that i would have to contact the "distributor"! What a hassle!
3.Contacted the distributor who was useless and basically ignored my MANY emails for an additional 2 weeks.

Still no answers/progress of any kind after 7 WEEKS!! Buy.com is a SCAM!

"Had used buy.com a few times before in the early 2000. Found the sink a little bit less at another place but reputation was not that grate, so went with buy.com again. I was surprised when I saw the order was passed on to wayfair.com. Products shipped on time and arrived in good condition. The only gripe I have is that one order was shipped in two packages but only one tracking number was sent. First package arrived one day and I thought the order had been screwed up. The rest arrived the next day. They could've saved me aggravation and themselves an inquiry had they sent two tracking numbers for the shipment. "

"Horrible customer service! It took me an estimated 20 minutes to get an answer from customer service. Sure the wait time was estimated at 10 seconds, but then the wait time after reaching a rep is outrageous. I made a $1,000 purchase and got all the points for it (this was why I chose Buy.com) then found out that the points expire, no matter what I do. I'll just shop with ebay and newegg from now on!"

"I went to buy.com to purchase a MSI Windpad Tablet Computer, I entered in my credit card information, selected my shipping and when I went to review the order the price went up by $20. I spoke with customer support whom refused to honor their price and also gave me false information and refused to connect me to a manager. They use foreign customer support. I spoke to a fellow named florie the first time and joy the second call for a total of 30 mins on the phone. Both people were unable to correct their predatory pricing and I would not reccommend anyone buy anything from buy.com unless you're willing to deal with the worst customer support and a bad company."
