"I never write reviews but I was so happy with my purchase, I just wanted to share. I was skeptical at first because the prices were so low,
I thought to myself there has to be a catch. The shipping time was better than I expected. The delivery man was very courteous and friendly.
He took the tv out of the box so we can inspect it for ourselves, he then plugged it in to show us how the picture quality was and to make sure we were happy.
Buysquad is a solid merchant.
As with many cases, you get a slightly better deal if you go directly to their site then Amazon prices, which I did.
TV arrived as expected, so it wasn't slow to arrive neither they were super-quick, took 2 days to process the order and 7 days to get to me.
Packaging was again good but wall mount came in a different shipment together with the accessories which always scares me, also they had one of the items as back ordered and it arrived 1 weeks later in a separate shipment (fortunately it was a free cleaning kit which I did not intend on using anyway.
I had asked 3 questions in different times and days of the week and got a response once with in the hour, another within 5 minutes and once over the weekend and I was answered by the end of that day. That’s the kind of things that make me feel good about a company that shows that they care about customers and want them to get a response right away.
I emailed some other companies and was not even answered on the first.
The other answered me 2 days later.
They also have a pretty cool system in which you can ask questions about a product and customer service reps answer pretty quickly.
My bottom line is, I will come back mainly due to price, beware if you need something 100% in your hands the next day they might not be the best choice, but if you have some time buffer their prices can be a great thing to take advantage of.
I will definitely do business with them in the future and recommend them to friends and family

"Im sorry to see that some here have had less-than-great experiences with buysquad, since mine for the third time has been excellent, and they just hit another home run for me.
Recently, I purchased the top-of-the-line Samsung TV. It shipped the next business day and arrived 4 days later. Unfortunately, there was a small problem with it. One quick and easy call to buysquad had the trucker at my door the next day to get it, and they promptly sent me a new one.
No hassle, no questions asked. Sure, you can find a cheaper price sometimes on eBay or elsewhere, but good luck trying to return an item, or trying to get warranty service when you find that your seller is not an legit dealer for your brand.

I was reviewing the top 10 TVs this year and the winner was the Samsung UN75F8000. I personally went to 4 different locations and stores to look at this tv in different angles and check out the depth of colors and pixels.
The 75 inch UN75F8000 represents the largest size in the top tier model from Samsungs 2013-2014 LED TV line.
Aside from its impressive size you can expect loads of features like improved Smart Interaction through new voice recognition software and a quad-core processor to help speed Smart TV functions.
The price tag while hefty looks cheap compared to all the new 4K and OLED TVs hitting the market this year. 3D viewing is included along with a newly redesigned Smart Hub which is the organizing platform for the Smart TV Apps. Obviously one of the key ingredients for the great success of these top tier LEDs from Samsung is the picture quality. That just as true of the UN75F8000 series.
The picture quality is excellent due to the clear coat screen, super LED edge lighting yielding incredible peak whites, and surprisingly very decent black levels. Side angle viewing quality is also much better than most LED-backlit TVs on the market. Lastly, colors are not oversaturated, but do pop and are easy to calibrate to D6500K.
The clear coat, rich black screen and the high quality edge lighting LEDs allow for colors to pop and give a real sense of depth when viewing HD quality source material.
Light flow-through (areas of the on screen picture that show lights, or sunlight streaming into images) is the best of any TV you will find on the market. Black levels and contrast are two other strong points of picture quality on the UN55F8000. Blacks are deep even when other areas of the screen are bright. Dark shadow detail is impressive as well.
I get very excited when I talk about this stuff.
I also purchased some in-ceiling speakers for my home theater surround system and upon opening one of them, realized that I ordered the incorrect speakers for my application.
I immediately called customer service and the representative was very courteous and helpful. As the correct speakers were in stock and the same price.
she emailed me prepaid shipping label to return the speakers and set up an even exchange, waiving the standard return charge. Once they received the returned speakers, I received a confirmation email and a few days later the correct speakers were delivered.
I will not hesitate to purchase from buysquad in the future.
This service was even better than amazon because I was not transported to India for service.
There are few customer service online stores that are supportingh jobs in the USA and I dont like to support these companies that are sending our resourced offshore. Its a shame on them.

thought I'd share my experience with Buysquad to the public, im the event coordinator for my company and we recently needed 15 40 Inch LED Tv's for my company trade show.I looked online for all different models nothing too fancy because were only using them on occasion but I needed them quick and for a good price of course! I was debating between Samsung and Sharp and came across a really good Sharp LED UN40EH5050, The TV was listed in stock but said 7-14 Business days delivery. So I called Buysquad to see if I can expedite the delivery because I needed them within a week for my installer to put them up. I spoke with Tim, I got to say I don't know if I got lucky by getting Tim, or if all the reps are this nice but he worked out a great deal with me and got my TVs in the time he predicted!!!
He upgraded my order for only a fraction of the cost that other onliners wanted to charge me and even got me free cables with each of my TV's, The TVs came and they looked great. I have to give it to them I was a little worried because you never know with online companies but I took a chance and it paid off!!!
All the Tvs are mounted and look great, They all came on the day it was supposed too!! I wish all my transactions went this smoothly, I am not one usually to boast but I told him at the beginning if everything went well I would let everyone know so I am now doing that.

"There is nothing more exciting to me then buying a tv. I needed a 70" screen size. there were a couple options in the market in thers of sharp vizio and sony.
I opted not for the cheapest vizio but the step up sharp brand.
My father bought Sharp tvs since i was a kid.
I check online and found the lowest price on this site. i figured they all have the same tv, just depends who is willing to work for less money.
placed the order and got the tv 6 days later. plugged it in like they told me and it was all good. unit is in brand new condition and has been working perfectly.
I just tried out the 3d feature and i must say that i am impressed.
this site gave me a good delivery and i have no problems to date.
also, I put this unit in my house and it looks great on the wall.
I have a big box tv so its a huge difference for me.

"I watch every game of every sport and my tv just went out on me with no advance warning, so I started looking for a new TV quickly.
There were only 2 options, buy from local store and pay tax and higher price or buy online and pay less but it will take an extra week for me to get a tv. So I figured I would survive for a week to save some bucks.
Found this site I never heard of before. Called them, they sounded nice over the phone. Ordered tv. It was to be a to be a brand new unit with factory warranty. I was given a discount for paying cod on this order.
One week later, I got the tv. I checked it like they mentioned and didn't let the driver leave. The tv was in exactly in the condition they mentioned. It was new unit.
I am happy with it all.
I am only not happy with the fact that the trucking company DID NOT want to take away the box. They told me that that was white glove service and that is an extra charge. but they did bring the tv into my house.

"I thought I would share my experience with everyone, my old DLP TV went out on me about two weeks ago and I have been scrambling on how to go about replacing this TV with something solid. So here goes..
I started off my going to my local BestBuy and seeing the TV’s on display and picking their brain. I hate to say it but I came back more confused than before I went.
All the salesmen wanted to do is sell me whatever was good for them I overheard three sales people trying to sell the same unit to other people. Not really caring for what I was looking for.
So my search continued I was now looking for a good 70” inch TV and came across Sharp as being the best brand out there for such a large screen. I wanted to get all the bells and whistles on this one because my neighbor keeps telling me how great having Wi-Fi on his TV is and he doesn’t even watch channels anymore which to me ,very hard to believe.
I looked online for the best deal on the LC70LE857U, it has 3D Wi-Fi and looks like a top rated TV. I came across BuySquad amongst a sea of East Coast companies, it was refreshing to see a west coast company being able to compete with all the NY/NJ outfits and I know to stay away from all those guys because of my past experience trying to get a camera from these people a couple years back.
So I called BuySquad to get a feel and the sales person was very informative, polite and patient with me explaining the differences between LCD and LED, he also spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me reading through the specifications, without even knowing if I was placing the order that was a big plus in my eyes.
I did place the order and I’m happy I did! Ordered the TV on 6/1 got it a week and a half later with the free ground shipping.
They had great prices almost $600 cheaper from my local BestBuy including the insurance fee that I had to pay, which is understandable on such a large item, the shipping company called me a day before my delivery was ready and the next day they were there like clockwork with MY BRAND NEW TV!!
All I can say is WOW what a picture on this TV I really feel like I was in the Stone Age.

"I confirmed my order of a Samsung UN60EH6050 (60" LED TV) on a Monday, and was surprised to receive it on the following Friday. Wow, fast shipping. They did not promise it this fast, so others may not have the same experience. I'm sure it depends on where you are and where your order comes from.
The price was the same as Costco’s current closeout, but without the sales tax – saving me over $70.
As delivered, the box had no damage, and the TV works great. However, I noticed there was no manual included, so I wondered if this box had been opened before. I asked Buy Squad about this. They said they bought these TVs on closeout from Best Buy, and it was definitely new (not a demo or return).
OK, fair enough. Maybe someone at Best Buy snatched the manual out of the box to give to a customer. (I’ve seen salesmen do this.) Indeed, all contents were shrink wrapped, and the TV appeared to be brand new, and works as expected, so I'm happy. As for the manual: it is easily downloaded."
"When I found the tv I wanted for my wife's birthday at buys quad I was a little hesitant to order it because I had not ordered from them before. What a great experience it was! I ordered a tv with 5yr warranty for less than what other stores were charging for it and, when it looked like it would not arrive before my wife's birthday it did.!
It came within 8 days after I ordered it & the drives stood by untill I opened & inspected it as buysquad instructed me to do & everything looked great, what a smooth transaction I really can say I had a positive
experience with buysquad.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to really get a nice tv at a great cost & excellent service.

"After I posted my negative review last year about a TV purchase, a BuySquad executive (Andy) contacted me and offered a free large screen TV if I would remove my review. I declined his offer since I wanted to warn potential customers about their unethical business practices but said I would be happy to change my review if BuySquad changed their deceptive policies. At his request, I emailed a few simple actions he could take; he said he would get back to me. Almost a year later, not having heard from him, I was curious to see if BuySquad made any changes.
Before I go further, I urge you to check the Better Business Bureau website before buying from Buy Squad. In the past year, their rating was lowered from C- to an F! F is the lowest rating any company can get for ethical business practices!
Here are 3 suggestions I made to Buy Squad last year. None have been corrected:
(1) Post on your website a clear, complete and accurate definition of “Class A Certified” product and tell customers PRIOR to a purchase.
(2) Make customers aware of the [shipping] insurance fees during the purchase process BEFORE they place their order online.
(3) Post correct retail list prices for your products and put in place a procedure to keep them “reasonably” current.
My original negative review still stands. Here is a slightly more condensed version with updates where indicated:
BUYER BEWARE!!! PLEASE READ. This is the first negative review I have ever written about anything. I hope I can save at least a few unsuspecting buyers from Buy Squad! Earlier this year I decided to buy a 46” Samsung TV (ES6100). I chose to buy it from Buy Squad mainly because the price was very good. Please read on to learn how Buy Squad lied and made gross misrepresentations about their products.
After I made the purchase online I received an email asking me to confirm the purchase. The fellow asked if I knew the TV I purchased was a “Class A certified” product. I said, no. (How could I know?) He said this meant the packaging had been opened but the TV was “never owned, used or registered”. I asked him to confirm it was a “brand new” product. He said it was. After I hung up I saw there was nothing on their website that defined “Class A certified” so I immediately sent an email asking them to confirm, in writing, that the TV I purchased was “brand new”. I sent four urgent emails over four days – with no response at which point I put a hold on my credit card payment. Eight days after my first email, Mark (supervisor) finally called me, in response to yet another email. Long story short, he agreed to cancel the order (in the meantime, I purchased the TV at a reputable local retailer) and he sent me a free DVD player. CURRENT STATUS: THIS IS STILL A PROBLEM -- THERE ARE AT LEAST 3 POSTED COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST 35 DAYS ABOUT MISREPRESENTING “CLASS A CERTIFIED PRODUCTS”.
DO NOT BUY HDMI CABLES FROM BUY SQUAD – IT’S A RACKET! When I called to confirm my TV order, the fellow asked if I wanted to order HDMI cables. He said there was a special deal – I could get 2 for the price of one and pay just $58. He said they were extremely high quality cables that list at $129 each. I said OK. When I received the cables they accidentally included a packing slip from Amazon which showed their individual price to be $4.99. I couldn’t believe my eyes! I contacted the cable manufacturer directly (BlueRigger) and they confirmed in writing that the retail price was $4.99 each. Bottom line, I paid $58 for 2 cables that the manufacturer said had a list price of $10! Needless to say, I cancelled payment. If they lie so grossly about these things, what else do they lie about? CURRENT STATUS: I DON’T KNOW.
HIDDEN INSURANCE FEES. When I placed the online order there was no mention of additional costs (it was free shipping). It was only AFTER I placed the order and phoned them to confirm the order that I was told there would be a “mandated” charge of $37.37 for insurance. This wasn’t reflected anywhere on the order form even after I made the purchase. CURRENT STATUS: BASED ON MANY RECENT REVIEWS INCLUDING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, IT IS CLEAR BUYSQUAD STILL CHARGES THESE LARGE HIDDEN FEES.
Better Business Bureau (BBB) for Buy Squad. After the fact (I should have done it beforehand), I looked up and saw that Buy Squad had a terrible BBB rating of C- . CURRENT STATUS: THEIR RATING HAS SINCE BEEN LOWERED TO F!! WHICH IS THE LOWEST RATING ANY COMPANY CAN GET.
MISREPRESENTATION OF TELEVISION “LIST” PRICES. Less important but still noteworthy: On Buy Squad’s website they said the “list” price for my TV was more than 100% higher than Samsung’s actual list price. [BuySquad list price: $2,499.00 Samsung’s list price: $1,199.99 and Samsung sold it for $999.99 on their own website.] CURRENT STATUS: A YEAR LATER, MY TV’S LIST PRICE IS STILL LISTED AT MORE THAN DOUBLE SAMSUNG’S ACTUAL LIST PRICE.
BOTTOM LINE -- Don’t buy from Buy Squad!! What looks like a good deal is full of lies and gross misrepresentations. I hope I can save others from going through the terrible experience I went through. Pay a little more and find a reputable company you can TRUST. It’s definitely not Buy Squad.

This review is to inform the public and everyone trying to buy a TV about my experience with Buysquad.com.
I have had my last Sony TV for about 7 years and I wanted a thinner TV. I was able to ask friends and they all pointed to Samsung for the best picture.
I went to measure my living room and calculated which tv would fit well on the wall. I want to hang it instead of a painting.
The largest TV I was able to buy was the 75" Samsung TV. THe price was lowest with them and I figured, its all the same tv just getting shipped through different online stores.
I ordered the tv and I got a tracking by email 2 days later. I was explained that they use a commen carrier shipping company to ship instead of ups. I checked around and other online companes selling tvs do the same thing.
I got a call from the trucking company to make the delivery.
They showed up the next day around 3. The tv box was in good condition and it came in a nice new box with extra corners. This protected the tv box which I liked. I once got a tv delivery from the last company I purchased and the box was beat up so this was good.
I pluged it in and I am lovin this tv. Even my boyfriend is using it all the time and he never did that before.

"my living room was in need of a major remodel but I opted for a large screen TV instead. I went into my local big box store and checked out different models. It was very had to see the TV picture because the lighting was very bright in the showroom and they just had a wall of TVs.
I then went to a audio video specialty store where they had normal good lighting so I was able to actually see the difference between a couple TV sets I was looking at. The problem with this small store was that they have very little inventory set up in the showroom. Also, the salespeople were all over me and i need space when i go shopping.
I then got home and went online. I pride myself in always finding the best deal out there. My brother was also looking for a similar TV so I would be looking to get a better price on 4 TVs. I needed a 75"-90". I first looked at the Sharp which is a great deal but the picture was a little dull for me. Then I looked at the LG 84" but this TV was awesome but out of my league on the price. Then I looked at the Samsung un75es9000 and I fell in love. I was just the perfect picture. I found a store that carries it from the other side of town, drove down there and it was love at first site. I know that my wife would also love the cosmetics of this TV. It just like looking out the window at a picture.
I started my search online. I saw a bunch of online stores in the east-cost but I use to live in New York and I didn't want to deal with a vendor from there. I live in Pebble Beach California so I wanted someone that was on my side of the world. I found the 2nd lowest priced company called Buysquad in Portland. I placed the order and added it to the cart and added extra insurance. The price was about 10% lower with no tax. This sounds too good to be true. how can they charge me so much less then the big stores.
I will update this review once I get this TV.
I got a call from the trucking company and they are scheduling the TV to deliver at my house on Monday between 12-4.
Monday came, I didn't want to get my hopes up too high until I got the tv in my house.
They delivered closer to 4 and the driver brought the TV into my house. The box was dented in the corner so I made sure to notate it on my receipt from the driver. I turner the TV on and it worked. I connected the stand and had it on for a couple hours to make sure everything is ok.
It still works so that is a good thing for buysquad because I would have been very upset otherwise. I am taking this $300 I saved and taking my kids fishing for my fathers day.
So I would recommend this outfit to others looking to buy a TV.
