"First time buyer and the axle was almost a week late. I got no notice until 3 days after the scheduled drop off date. I called to talk about it and all they could tell me was it will be late arriving. Mind you, I paid over $500 after taxes and shipping. Hopefully the axle is the fix but, I won’t do business with Carid anymore. I could have for the same shipping time with my local parts store. I only chose Carid because of the “said” shipping witch, was about 3-4 days after purchase."

"Ordered floor mat on the weekend had to cancel the order on Monday because it was duplicated in my car they then produced the entire order and shipped it 7 Days later. No refund because it's custom ordered I'm now out $210. Order was not produced when I canceled it I got confirmation that it was canceled and then they shipped the order anyway.
