Useless Customer Service

"I changed my address for billing address but I thought I was changing my shipping address and the next day I checked and seen I changed the wrong thing and I put the request in to change and to try and make sure it charged before they shipped and the gentleman confirmed it was indeed changed and the after shipping I got an email saying they actually did not change it and now will be sent to my old address and to see what they can do about and the guy was like well let’s see if they send it back and that’s it like useless and I guess what they did not send it back now I’m out of $300 thanks!"
