"I purchased a $400 package of grill parts (a small loss when you read how much CarId scammed other people for). They sent me parts that not only did not fit the car I provided details for, but the parts actually damaged my car. They refuse to even consider a return, refund, replacement, or even to do anything but offer empty platitudes.
This company is going under, it filed for bankruptcy a year ago. Just avoid the sinking ship and soon we will be rid of it."

"I ordered two dash mats & two Ultimate Reflectors. I last ordered Ultimate Reflectors in 2014. For some reason, maybe connected to my last order, the dash mats came to my current address while my reflectors went to where I lived 10 years ago. WTH? One order, two addresses?"

"Took forever for my order to update and when it did nothing was packed together and got sent to different warehouses shipped at different times and then got sent back to a warehouse and that is where it has set even though shipping said out for delivery on Saturday here it is Monday and they have not even left the origin of the order somewhere in NJ. This is a joke of a company I will never use them again and will be demanding a full refund and getting my Lawyers involved. "
