"purchased 4 wheels from Carid in 2019 for my Wife's Mercedes coupe and they are staggered wheels. They knew exactly what size and fit I needed. Love um. Now, I'm needing a front wheel because of pot holes. Looked on the website and they were out of stock. They would email me if and when they are available. Month later got a email. I got online and put my vehicle information in again and ordered a wheel. Needless to say, a fellow named Joe at Carid said I ordered a blank rim for my Mercedes coupe. Wtf is a blank rim. Joe should know his job when it comes to ordering wheels for vehicles. All clearances on all vehicles. But no help from that employee. It's all my fault, because I don't know how to measure wheels to fit my Wife's Mercedes. Joe tells me I've got to buy another 450.00 rim because I didn't do His Job Right. Be responsible for your mistake. Carid does this service for a living. They have all the info on all manufactured vehicles. Joe said reviews don't matter. All I wanted was a wheel to fit my Wife's Mercedes. And all I have got from Carid is Bullst
You definitely should have known exactly what size wheels fit my vehicle. I even sent Joe the original ticket when I purchased the previous ones. Joe has it twisted, I wanted to buy wheels.
