"I placed order #27108 on june 6/11 and had technical online problems that it wouldn't allow me to place the order. I tied to sort it out via your online chat service and was unable to access a solution because I couldn't get someone to respond and gave up after 45 minutes. There is no phone service to be able to resolve the issue. I sent a message in the comment box asking for soemone to help me resolve this and asking that they ship the order via courrier as Canada Post was going on indefinite strike. No one got back to me except to resend to me what I had sent. I received a notice on June 6/11 that my order had shipped. To date I still have not received my order and I am unable to find your tracking service online to track it. POOR SHOW PEOPLE. CAN YOU PLEASE TRACK IT FROM YOUR END AND LET ME KNOW WHERE IT IS OR WHEN ICAN EXPECT IT. THANK YOU"
