"This was the worst online purchasing experience i have ever had.
I originally ordered $107.70 worth of items.
I then had a second order magically go through the system.
When that order was cancelled i though the problem was resolved.
I then got a message that the original order was changed to one with only $53.00 of merchandise. I tried to correct the order with Customer service but they refused to correct the order and re-enter the extra items i wanted to purchase that were on the original order. Can you imagine! Chiefs did not want my added business. Instead of making the order reflect what i wanted the customer service rep basically told me, "The $53.00 order is what we have, if you don't like it cancel. I cancelled. The most inept customer service i have ever dealt with."
"I have ordered through Chiefs several times and am usually pleased however this order has has several problems.
1 First when I placed my order the short sleeve shirts and pants said they normally ship in 1 day which they did but the long sleeves said two days. Two weeks later and I still don't have them and was not informed they are back ordered.
2 When I ordered the hat I tried to open the size selection I got a message saying it could not be found on the website. I was given a code for 10% off because of this but the code did not work.
3 Also I recieved a medium sized hat which does not fit. I needed a large.
4 The three pairs of pants I ordered said they came with knee pads but none of them actually had knee pads.
5 The free t-shirt was a size medium even though all five shirts I ordered were size large. This shows nobody even took the time to check. Fortunately my daughter is able to wear it.

"Product was listed as being in stock, which was not true. Very disappointed that there inventory was that inaccurate. A business should always know what they have on hand, so they can get there customers the products they need when they order them. I waited several weeks before I called to ask where my order was and then found out what the problem was. I was highly upset that there was no communication or customer service representative to inform me that there would be some delays. I personally have worked for larger companies doing inventory control and found it easy to keep a running inventory accurate and customers got what they paid for when they paid for it. I hope they step up there inventory control and not drop the ball again as they did in my case...

"I placed an order with them and when I ordered it showed my item in stock. When I called customer service a week later I was told that they item was back ordered 3 weeks. I was never given any notice of this. I work in a very time sensitive industry and thought giving them 2 weeks to get a product to me would be enough time.
This company needs to do better on their customer service.
Needless to say, I cancelled my order and went with another company who got me my product in a week."
