"When I went to my healthcare provider's physical "cpap" store looking for a replacement Mirage Quattro mask, first I was told that I couldn't even go in the store and "browse" until I had registered with the receptionist so that they could assign me a technician to help with my needs. I told them I didn't need help, just a replacement mask. They refused to allow me inside until I registered. Finally the technician came and took me to his office. I told him exactly what I wanted and needed. He told me they did not have any Mirage Quattro masks because they were discontinued and couldn't get any more. I asked why someone couldn't have said that rather than go through the dog and pony show. Long story short, I ended up getting a different replacement mask, which at first I was apprehensive about because I like my other one. But it ultimately turned out to be pretty comfortable and compatible with my sleeping routine. I was still frustrated however, and went home and immediately jumped on the internet to see if the Mirage Quattro was in fact no longer available. What I found was that it was generally still available on almost every site. I was particularly pleased when I got on your site and found that I didn't have to replace the whole mask, but could simply get the two parts that I needed. What a nice experience to be able to just go to a place and get what you need when you need it without all the fuss and posturing I got from my "all-knowing, all-controlling" major healthcare company."

"First, the calls. Out of 3 calls made about this order, they were all extremely helpful, professionally friendly, and actually knew something about the in's and out's of CPAP equipment.. at other previous suppliers, this had not been the case for me in 10 years prior of dealing with other CPAP suppliers.. so, two thumbs up to CPAP.com! Next.. Shipping was complicated by wrong address delivery, delaying receipt of first order, but was well handled and finally arrived! In the meantime the CPAP.com customer army quickly processed a second shipment of the original ordered item.. with no fuss or problems. Next, the first shipment finally arrived a day after the execution of the 2nd order.. so was able to return the second shipping easily.. again, fantastic, straightforward, helpful instructions for the return - shipping covered!! Sad to say, the product wasn't able to work well for me, but the other products I had been shipped were working just fine. Am looking forward to the next phase, as we figure out what the "new best" mask looks like. Great Job to ALL!"
