The product I purchased was defective (mask) as it makes a whistle noise when on my face (I have purchased this same exact mask multiple times and never had an issue). "I liked the selection of devices and the description. I tried to send a copy of my prescription to see if it was ok. Never got a response.
I discovered in the ordering process that you could attach a copy of your prescription, so I did.
I think I got back that it was ok. In the ordering form there was an option to save credit card. I toggled that off. I tried to make the purchase and the software hung in a loop.
The chatbot guy tried to help and ending up calling me and entering the data by phone call manually. The ordering software has bugs.
I got the cpap unit ok. The OEM instructions were minimal. I ended up watching several YouTube videos to get the information needed to set a lot of features."

"I submited a current prescription when I purchased a mini CPAP unit from CPAP.COM. When I used the device I was noticeably less comfortable than when I used my regular CPAP unit. While using the App I realized that the settings had been incorrectly set when it was sent to me. It turned out that they ignored the new prescription and used settings from a prescription several years ago. The person on the phone was able to help me reset the machine to the proper current settings - much better."
