"Toward and After purchasing Transcend Mini pump, I contacted the customer service (CC) twice (by chat and by phone call). In the chat, I was trying to get the info on USB connection on the pump. CC didn't (or couldn't) provide any useful answer. After I purchased, I needed to change the air pressure, which requires Password in the link, and I called to talk "live" with CC. The password given was incorrect (all lower case, first capital, all capital). CC doesn't know it. Also, their window for the price guarantee (w/i 7 days after the order?) is too narrow. I missed $90 saving for the black Friday sale! "
