"I am a new customer ordering some CPAP supplies. One of the items I needed was on backorder so I contacted CPAP.com to ask how long the item was expected to be on backorder and I was told it should be in shortly. I also explained that I had forgotten to use a coupon with my order and asked if it could be applied now and was told not only could they do that, but they had a better coupon they could apply. They adjusted my order and told me to save my other coupon to use at a later date. My backordered item came in quickly and I have already received my supplies. I Couldn't be happier!!"

"I have been a customer of CPAP.com for many years. On my last order, the website said if I paid $25 extra (on an order with free shipping), my order would be fast tracked to be delivered on Sunday. The order arrived late Monday. When I contacted CPAP.com about paying the extra $25 for faster shipping, I was given a curt response that CPAP.com does NOT deliver on Sunday.
I eventually got the $25 refunded, but I never received any response, apology for a misleading website, or any other indication that CPAP.com cared. I wonder how many customers your website continues to mislead with promises of faster delivery if you pay more."

"All instructions were followed and verified. ResMed c pap would not adjust air flow and constantly woke me up blowing too much air. Suggestions given by customer service did not solve the issue, but won’t refund the purchase. I have used a cpap since 2013 so I’m not a beginner, and I know how it should work. I am a self pay customer. "
