"When my Airsense 11 started showing an error message, I called customer service and was completely unimpressed from the start.
First, just getting ahold of a live person instead of some pre-recorded message trying to get me to order off of some promotion was difficult. When i finally was able to speak with someone, it seemed like they were just reading off a script. It was less them trying to help me with my machine and more trying to get me to buy another supply item that I had already replaced.
Ok then so I placed the order for the item they said I should try (even though I had already replaced it once before with no success….) and it took two weeks for it to arrive.
Two weeks?? To ship out a set of tubing? They tried to say it was within their guidelines but come on…
They I got a lovely email from a dude named Neil telling me that they have processes and blah blah blah…. Thanks Neil. You were super unhelpful. Maybe time for a job doing something else?
I’m done with these guys. I’ve moved to a different online company for my needs.
After ordering thousands of $$$ of cpaps and other supplies these guys basically just said “meh” when I needed help with something other than putting money in their pocket. Not shocking I guess. "

"My insurance covers most supplies, but for some parts like the headgear, they only cover one per year and they wear out far faster than that. I was able to get the replacements from CPAP.com at a great price, and set up automatic shipping so they show up when needed. I've also set up automatic shipping on other things like water filters for the CPAP machine. "
