I got the starter kit, and the only complain that I have is that it came with the standard tubing, rather than the heated tubing.
I had the purchase the heated tubing separately.
In order to get the full benefit of the equipment, a climate line tubing is required.
The air sense 11 is much better than the 10.
The air pressure is self adjusting, very comfortable, and it allows me to have several hours of deep sleep."
