"My husband, who uses a RedMed CPAP, flew to visit our son for 6 days, but when he packed his CPAP, he left behind the head strap part of his headgear. I found CPAP.com on line and noticed they would ship today if we phoned before 4 pm. We raced to call and were connected to “Camyatta“ who was awesome in her concern for our situation, in her knowledge of how CPAP.com could help, and in her calm that left us feeling our difficulty was now in the hand of a company who understood the seriousness and would take all measures to solve. Camyatta‘s calm was so helpful!! She helped us on the website to find the various individual parts we would need so the order would be complete, but not more that we actually needed.
