"Called CPAP.com thinking I would need to order an assembly kit. The staff member indicated that I could just order cushions for my AirFit 20 mask. The cushion has come loose from the bottom of the mask and needs to be replaced. She made me aware that silicone cushions were available for this mask. The long and short of the story was her knowledge of their products saved me about $50 in my costs. She was also able to verify my prescription was in date and did not need to be replaced. She was very pleasant and helpful in all our discussions. I thank you again for your assistance in this transaction. It went very smoothly due to your excellent product knowledge."
