"Just got off of the phone with Agnes. She’s a Customer Service Rep with CPAP.COM. The go-to site for anyone with a need for cpap supplies. I was having a hard time applying the e-mail promotional codes. Agnes got on line to chat with me and then followed up with a telephone call. All of my concerns were addressed and she was able to point out some money-saving options for me. All in all, a great customer service experience."

Very Helpful Staff - Saved a Ton of Money

"Called CPAP.com thinking I would need to order an assembly kit. The staff member indicated that I could just order cushions for my AirFit 20 mask. The cushion has come loose from the bottom of the mask and needs to be replaced. She made me aware that silicone cushions were available for this mask. The long and short of the story was her knowledge of their products saved me about $50 in my costs. She was also able to verify my prescription was in date and did not need to be replaced. She was very pleasant and helpful in all our discussions. I thank you again for your assistance in this transaction. It went very smoothly due to your excellent product knowledge."

Great Company!

"CPAP.com is a great company. Very easy to work with on the online chat. Was able to send prescription over and they reviewed right then to see what I needed. At the same time they were working on having someone call me to work on placing the order. They were not pushy about saying what I should be buying but listen to me and my ideas. Also had good suggestions for equipment I was wanting to buy. "

Hands Down Best Customer Service

"I rarely take time to write reviews, but CPAP.com really does have the best customer service, hands down. This was my third or fourth time contacting them and every time their customer service is always fast, helpful, and enjoyable. Kayla (chat support) was extremely helpful with my situation today. So was Crystal (phone support, not sure if she spells her name with ''C'' or ''K'') who immediately called after my chat with Kayla to place my order. Thank you!
