"I ORDERED A NEW NASAL PIECE. I COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW TO REPLACE IT, I WENT TO CHAT AND THE LUCK OF GETTING LATOYA TO ASSIST ME. SHE KNEW ALL THE ANSWERS, WAITED FOR ME TO COMPLETE EACH STEP AND OFFERED THE PROPER ASSISTANCE ALL THE WAY THROUGH, TO RECTIFY MY ISSUE IN A MATTER OF MINUTES, MAKING ME A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER"

Nightmare into Happy Days

"I called with a series of frustrations regarding a defective machine. I was transferred by a lovely customer service rep (sorry I cannot remember her name. It begins with an "E" and she deserves praise also) to her Team Leader, Layne. She was courteous, patient and proactive.

Layne saw to all of my concerns and now I can travel without the worry of being without my sleep therapy.

Grateful for everything she did to alleviate my worries, both great and small. Haven't experienced this type of customer service ANYWHERE in a very long time.

ordered a travel CPAP

"I was so fortunate to get Carol M. as the service representative at CPAP.com. She was so professional and helpful! I had purchased a ResMed air mini CPAP. It requires a physician prescription, which this company very efficiently requested. My physician is usually very responsive so CPAP.com had me contact my doctor. The doctor's office had not seen the fax on their end. Carol tried calling the doctor's office but it was close to the end of the day. She persevered the next day and reached someone, checked to make sure the fax number was correct and resubmitted the request. She then followed up with a call and email to me. This was amazing service! She felt that I did not have to be in the middle calling both parties back. That was such a kind gesture and such impressive follow up. Thumbs up to Carol!"
