"I bought one of their CPAP machines for $883.00. I tried it for 3 weeks but it just wasn't for me, not a problem with the product. However, when I returned it they took off $132 for processing. This is not on the product purchase page, in fact, it says "Free Returns", "Completely Risk Free", "Full Refund". To me, Free Return or Full Refund doesn't mean charging me $132 to return it. I would not have bought it.
They do have the 15% verbiage when you drill down to the fine print on their return policy page. However, when it says "FREE" returns I expect it to be free.
Here is exactly what it says on the product detail page:

Try the AirSense™ 10 completely risk-free for 30 days. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, or it doesn't work for you, you can return it to CPAP.com for a full refund. So go ahead! See if the AirSense™ 10 is for you, and order yours today!"

This was clearly a mistake on our part and I have issued a refund for the remaining $132.45 that you are owed. Also, I have e-mailed to you a refund receipt for your records.
I made an effort to reach you via phone, but instead reached your voicemail. Again, we apologize for our mistake and welcome any feedback you have for us.
