"Carol was extremely helpful. Our call somehow got disconnected and she called me right back. My prescription had come through with my first name, but the order was under my middle name (which I usually use). She was able to find the prescription, attach it to my file, update the order so the names match, and ensure that my Cpap machine would be shipped today for arrival tomorrow. I can't think of anything more she could have done. One call and everything was all taken care of. She was polite, friendly, and very helpful. I'd give her 10 stars if I could."
