"I bought the ResMed 10 Auto and they didn't bother to change any settings, nor could they explain how to display the data I wanted. The machine came quick, but I sure spent allot of time having to research the machine to optimize it for myself. Along with a wasteful call sitting on hold without resolution. (The customer service rep's best suggestion was to send it back.) If customer service is important, look elsewhere. If you want a machine fast for a low price, then buy here understanding that you have to handle everything yourself. Thank God for google... "
