"My experience would have been 5-star. I had a time sensitive order which needs to be shipped in 3-5 days. CPAP.com confirmed the order for delivery next day. Status changed to another day after in just 24 hours. Apparently system or your order taker belatedly noticed that recipient's address was not entered in the acceptable format. So delivery was put on hold. For that I've to pay extra for a Saturday delivery. This could have been prevented had you guys reviewed the order to completeness or accuracy early on. "
