"My initial experiences with CPAP.com were not good. I had difficulty using their website and I did end up with a machine that was not satisfactory or what I had expected based on my prescription. I'm revising my review, as immediately after posting a bad review, I received a call from a representative that was able to rectify my issues and get me the machine that I needed.
Thanks to the follow-up call, I have understand why I was not satisfied with the original machine sent. The customer service agent that called me was very helpful, and able to get me what I needed. I would encourage people to call for machines if it is their first time getting a CPAP, as it was very difficult for me to navigate ordering online based on my prescription, and the information my sleep center had provided. Having a knowledgeable person to help was key in getting me to what I needed. "
