"we used the SoClean on my husband CPAP machine and he when on a business trip and forgot to take the water chamber that goes to the system without the SoClean. He had a bad night and his throat was sore from snoring all night, so I when online to our account to order a new chamber and just to make sure that it would get to his hotel I call customer service and she took her time with me and process the order then ensured that the information on the label was precise so that he would get it at his room or was at the front desk for him. Cost a lot for shipping next day, but worth it. and the phone was answer in a timely manner, I didn't have to wait for an eternity to get someone on the phone. Thank you"
