"I ordered two mugs from CafePress and when they arrived the handle on one was broken. Customer service was very good. They sent me a replacement mug right away.
Getting to customer service through the website could use some improvement (not exactly intuitive, for me anyway) but I figured it out and the response was satisfactory. I would rather be able to pick up a phone and talk to a live person.
The print quality on the mugs is excellent. I would order from them again. "

"The item I bought from CafePress was marked as having two noticed left and then the package was "delivered". I never recieved the package or notices. When I first reported this to the company they responded that they would resend the purchase once I confirmed the address. When informing them of the address they responded that the item was shipped and recieved and I could "return or exchange" the item, which I never recieved. Had they actually checked with the post office they would have saw that there were multiple complaints of undelivered packages. Obviously this is a company that doesn't care about their customers. They even refused to reimburse me for the price of the item I purchased."
