"AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! I ordered 5 custom canvases from Cafe Press and just trying to put in the order was a nightmare. Fast forward a couple weeks and my canvases were supposed to arrive today. I went on the website to track my order and they haven't even shipped yet AND one of the five doesn't even show up as ordered. {sigh} I called customer service and they say they have it fixed and I will have my canvases by February...I'm not holding my breath!"

"Bought PJs for my sister's birthday. The shirt was smaller than I anticipated but the pants were perfect. My issue was that I was only able to select one size for both shirt and pants (S,M or L). When I called to exchange just the shirt, I was told I could keep the original order and they would send me a whole new order (shirt and pants) with the larger size at no charge which would arrive after a week. My sister was thrilled with her present, plus she gave me the smaller size for me to wear. Now we are both sporting it. I will definitely order again! Thank you CafePress."

"When my stores weren't showing up in the item search engine, I asked for help. The representative told me about adding descriptive terms to the pictures in my media basket. I hope this works. I had already added them to my shop descriptions. Cafe Press did not answer my initial emails and I had to call them, but their human help person was knowledgeable."

"After reading reviews about CafePress I hesitantly ordered anyway. I was concerned my order would not arrive in time and when I contacted customer service they upgraded my shipping at no charge to ensure delivery by Christmas. The items were smaller than I anticipated but that was my error and when I called for an exchange I was told I could keep the original order and they would send 2 new items at no charge which should arrive in just a few days. This is what customer service should be! Thank you CafePress. I will definitely order again!"

"My experience with CafePress was nothing short of delightful. The products were fun to look through and seemed quite unique. The customer service I received was outstanding -- the best I have ever encountered! The only drawback was some of the prices seemed a bit high, but when you find that perfect item, sometimes ya just gotta do what ya gotta do. Order and delivery were prompt and courteous. The item I got was of high quality."

"Simply the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a tshirt as a Christmas present on December 5th, was given a delivery date of maximum 10 days, the thing still hasn't arrived...Sent a complaint two weeks ago, no reply...It's outrageous really, I don't know how they haven't been shut down or investigated after reading all the other complaints. I knew it was coming from the US but I ordered other items the same day from a similar website that arrived weeks ago.

NEVER NEVER SHOP HERE!

"I ordered Christmas presents in mid November from co.uk for delivery to Germany. The estimated delivery date was the end of November. That and the website name lead me to believe the company was UK based. It is Not. Even if you buy from the UK site, the goods are:
1. shipped from America
2. So delivery time is weeks longer than the date they pluck out of a hat (my order placed 18 Nov 2012 finally arrived 4 Jan 2013)
3. You are liable for import duties - I had to pay 26 Euros extra.

NONE of this is made clear enough on their site, in my opinion, which is highly misleading.

A pity, because the T-Shirts themselves are fine and good fun. Just BE HONEST!

In addition, I am still waiting for a reply to my query of a week ago asking where my parcel was.

Finally, no matter when I tried to track the order, it never worked. Sometimes it wasn't even possible to view order history.

A bit of a shambles.

"I saw a bracelet on CafePress online store. The photos depicted a beautiful bracelet with three symbols and words underneath that I knew was perfect for my 20 year old niece. Unfortunately, I was VERY disappointed when I received the bracelet and will have to return it. Although I knew, based on the price, the bracelet would not be made of highest quality, I was shocked by how cheaply the bracelet is made and the extremely small size of the symbols and words. The picture and description on CafePress are extremely misleading. The bracelet is of a quality you might buy a five year old girl. You literally cannot read the words or decipher the symbols with even a normal magnifying glass, much less your eyes - which totally defeats the purpose of buying the bracelet if you cannot read the symbols. I would not recommend buying this bracelet for anyone other than maybe a 5 or 6 year old girl, if even that.

I will never purchase anything from CafePress again.

"I fully understand why this company averaged only 1 star !!!!! I was given the impression because of it's logo that delivery would be within a few days, after all it had the Union Jack as it's logo.

I feel that I had been completely misled by the fact that the site uses the Union Jack on it's home page and also show it is a .co.uk site when in actual fact it is in the USA.

I do not have a problem dealing with the yanks but I was given the impression that my goods would be delivered to me in time for Christmas which they would have been if I was dealing with a UK company, in fact they turned up after Christmas.

It is very clever marketing Cafepress, but I will not be using your services again, and neither will Dave (my greyhound) as he got his presents after Christmas, he was very disappointed!!!

"Omg horrible, the Worst that I have ever dealt with. I ordered 4 Xmas ornaments on dec 4th. I received a package on 12/16 from cafe press. Not my ornaments....pins for a temple in Arizona....I am in ny. I called to notify them, could not get a cust service rep on the phone. So I emailed. They told me to donate the pins and my order would be arriving soon. They were Xmas presents and needless to say , 16 emails later....we're guaranteed to be delivered by 12/28, today, no ornaments! I order on the Internet all the time and never have I had such a horrible experience.i hope people read these reviews before ordering from them, as they are nothing but a disappointment ."

"VERY unhappy with this company right now. I ordered several items as gifts & while most arrived in time for Christmas, this one order was badly handled. I originally ordered 4 items (1 was custom) & they processed the order on 12/13 but cancelled the entire order later the same day due to a trademark infringement on the custom item. They NEVER notified me that they cancelled the order. By the time I checked on 12/20 it already too late for cheap shipping & the discount I used had expired. I spoke to customer service. All they do is offer appologies, no extending a discount, reduced shipping or even a "we will correct this problem". He did offer to call me back to help me out on the reorder, but he never called back. On 12/21 I decided to reorder the 3 items (they were so cute) at full price mildly expensive shipping in order to get it there by New Years. Today 12/28 I called since it still hadn't shipped. Once again, they are so "sorry" but they can't get the order out before New Years. I told them I need to change the shipping address then, but no they can't do that, I must cancel the order & start again. Don't order from this company if you care about good customer service. The cute products aren't much good if you can't count on them."

"I purchased a personalized fantasy football shirt for my dad. I entered in all the fields for personalizing, the shirt came as it showed on the site, and literally said, team name, team location year, really?!?!? The quality of the shirt is pretty poor, but the service to get it corrected was pretty quick and I received the shirt a few days later. I ordered a printed canvas from them, I am currently waiting on it, said it would be here either December 19th or 20th, when tracking it, it wasn't shipped until the 20th, still before Xmas, but they can't always be wrong like this!! I like the selection of stuff, but just which they had their stuff together!"

"I ordered 4 items for X-mas presents. Arrived fast enough but something was wrong with each item. Ordered 2 mugs, one was broken. Ordered a flask, the picture on it looks like a bad negitve, blurred. Note cards have a white streak down the center. Emailed them and was told they would be happy to issue a refund or I could get another item for free, but not to bother sending back the stuff, to just keep it. I thought that was pretty nice of them so since it was getting near X-mas and I needed a few more things I would go ahead and order them and take care of the first order later. Big mistake! This time I ordered 6 items. Three small serving tray's, each with a different picture, 2 coasters, and a keepsake box. I paid $52.50 for next day air so I would be sure to have them in time. The email I recieved the next day said the order was ready and being shipped. The order form had all the items listed correctly. Next day the packages arrived. 3 serving trays and nothing else. Missing 3 items. The pictures on each of the tray's were off center which means the tops of them were cut off by the side of the tray. They say each items go thru quality control. What a joke. Any idiot could see these items are worthless. That's two orders of over $250.00 worth of stuff that is basically trash. I emailed them again and pretty much got the same response as last time. I will now deal with trying to get a refund. It's not the money as much as the dissapointment in the poor quality of the items and the fact that I was really looking forward to giving some unique gifts for X-mas. That's not happening. I would be embarrased to give this crap to anyone. I have my own store with them and this is the first and last time I'll order anything. Once this is resolved I will shut it down, maybe sooner but I'm not sure if that would affect my refund or not. I will be looking for a better company to deal with. If you are thinking of dealing with this company do yourself a favor and delete it from your computer and your mind!"
