When they arrived, I liked them all. They accidentally sent the wrong size on one, so I decided to send a couple of them back. I emailed for return instructions. I got an immediate answer and they have issued a refund and told me to keep the shirts and not bother with a return! This whole process from start to finish took less than a week!"

I sent them a note detailing the problem - they immediately (reply same day!) re-dispatched the order with a date I would have it by. Told me to keep the first order if it turned up. Have now received one parcel with original o/no. not sure if its the first or second. Have shopped here before, and will do so again. "I have ordered from Cafe Press many times and always been happy with their products, fast order fulfillment and customer service.
I wasn't as happy with a recent order and wrote them with my complaint, and in less than 24 hours they had arranged a full refund and told me to keep the items anyway.
I honestly don't know what more you can ask for!
Do know that for items such as tote bags, the bag they are using now is different from the one they used a while ago, wider and to my taste, not as nice."
