"Absolutely an excellent seller. I bought a case, a couple rounded cables and a blue light and when I received everything it was exactly what I had hoped for.
I was told something I had ordered was out of stock, but that was promptly mailed to me through the postal service and I received it before before AE got to my house with the rest of the stuff.

"Good prices and quick service. Order Status on the web site is confusing. Shipping was quick. (Ordered on Friday Oct. 25th and delivered Monday Oct. 28th) Too bad it was shipped to the wrong address and City. (Shipping information is correct on the invoice E-mail) I received an E-mail for the order (Invoice), but no E-mail when it shipped. (I know Airborne E-mails when the order is shipped. I have a friend that ordered from Case-mod the day after I did and Airborne E-mailed him.) Case-Mod Customer service was very helpful. Still waiting to hear from Airborne to find out where my order is. I would order from them again, but would be more watchful of the shipping process. "

"I have ordered from case-mod.com before and it went well so I tryed again. This time things did not go as smoothly as they had the last time, but the owner did go as far as he could to make sure that it was corrected. It seems to me like there email server/ service is not working properly as I didn't recieve any emails pertaining to the order but was instead contacted by phone. The fans I order were out of stock, so the order was delayed. I was contacted (by phone) and told this within a day or two (late night order). I agreed to a cheap upgrade to a slightly better fan. This info didn't get passed to the guy who packs the stuff so it didn't ship. I emailed the owner, he responded the next night and told me the order will be next day'd and the two out of stock fans will be taken off the order but still shipped. This order obviously just had a little bad communication, I will still purchase from them if they have the lowest price."
"I ordered three cables online at 10:00 AM, PST, Airborne Express ground. At 6:00 PM the same day, I got a tracking e-mail from Airborne Express. I thought, "cool, but I will still get it Monday since this is Thursday." Turns out it was set for *Tuesday* delivery.
For the heck of it, I checked with Airborne Express Saturday morning, and the package had arrived at the AE station @ 8:22 AM. This station was like 2-3 miles from my house, so I thought hmmm...I have been there before, maybe I can pick up? I called AE and they said yes. So basically, I get this thing in about 22 hours, on a Saturday! That's a record.
I was initially a little miffed at the $4.70 shipping, but I'll take it for overnight, Saturday delivery! Still a lot cheaper than buying from the local Fry's Electronics."
