"I placed my order on the 24th of February. I placed the order in the morning. I attempted to call Case-Mod.com on several occasions on Monday, but no one answered the phone. On Tuesday, the 25th of February, I checked my online order status, and it said that I was still in "processing". I again attempted to call on several occasions throughout the day, but again, no one answered the phone. On Wednesday, February 26th, my online status was still "processing". My phone calls went unanswered until 2:00pm central time. When they finaly answered the phone they told me that they were catching up from this weekend. The person who answered the phone was less then professional, in fact, he wasn't even aware that it was Wednesday. I was informed that my order would ship today, we'll see, and I'll edit this statement to reflect what the outcome of this encounter is. *** UPDATE *** As of Wednesday night, February 26th, my online account status page shows my order has shipped, but I have as yet to receive an e-mail or a tracking number. I was told that I would recieve these two things as soon as the order is shipped. I will not be ordering from this store again."

"This is a really good online merchant that i somehow overlooked til recently. I was searching around for a thermaltake volcano 7+ and these guys had it 3-5 bucks cheaper than all the other guys, AND had a great selection of merchandise. I also purchased an LED case fan. Another great thing about these guys is that they charged me like a quarter in taxes for the fan and nothing for the heatsink and shipping was a little over $5. I wasn't too impressed with the packaging, but the box got to me in 3 business days so hey, can't complain. If you're looking for an affordable selection, give case mod a try."

"These guys are great. I placed my order on a Sunday , Feb 16. I paid for second day but didn't expect it until later this week because of the fact Monday was a holyday and so on. "Had some minor trouble with this company but found out later that it was because they were in the process of a complete relocation of their business. Received my items in about 4 business days (pretty good for cross country). When I received my items, I had one broken item and 2 items in which I decided to exchange. I sent an email to them, and I received a reply from the owner and one of their managers the same day. They waived the restock fee on the items I wanted to return. I ordered another item and they sent out all the items, including the replacements for the ones I was returning, the broken item, and the new item in which I ordered the same day, and upgraded me to 2nd day delivery. This all before I even returned anything.

This is a great company, and besides a little organization problems due to their current restructuring, everything went smoothly. I would definitely be ordering from them again and suggest them to anyone.

"My computer recently died, and I needed to upgrade my motherboard and power-supply. I heard about Case-Mod.com while reading a review of a Kingwin case over at Anandtech.com . Although initially I though shipping was a bit much (about 10% of total cost), now I believe that their price for s+h was quite fair. Also the equipment seems to have arrived in perfect condition (after a period of about one and a half weeks now). All in all, I am a very satisfied customer and I am considering shopping at their web site again.

"Case-mod is a great source for computer mods. One thing that really surprised me is that when I emailed them with a question, they replied to it in one day and on a Sunday! I was really surprised to say the least. I also shopped around before ordering and found that they had the lowest price for most of the products I was looking for. Another great quality that I saw was their no profit on shipping. They only charge what it costs to ship the product. Too many companies are dishonest and charge extra for shipping. All in all, I plan on shopping there again."

"I ordered from case-mod, and my order was shipped promptly. However; it took Airborne Express almost a week to deliver the package. This was most likely Christmas Holiday's backup.

The order arrived well packed, however; two of the cables I ordered were incorrect. I contacted case-mod, and they replied promptly. By the time they had replied, they already shipped replacement cables to my home via Airborne Express. The replacements arrived in 2 days, so Airborne must be getting better (replacement cables were shipped using the same method as the original order). Case-mod told me to ship the incorrect cables via Priority Mail and they would refund my credit card for the cost of return shipping.

All-in-all I am very pleased with case-mod.com as a company. Their products are great, shipping is quick, and prices are low. They seem to handle incorrect orders very professionally. I would certainly order from them again."
