"I wish read the feedback before ordering as my excitement mate just dropped thru the floor! I'm seeing a long wait time and the email saying 5-7 biz days for delivery is looking like not reliable.. So many others have said been weeks with nothing I fear in going down same path.. So not likely to see it for Xmas gift now.. Very disappointed! "I have been calling all morning just to speak to someone to place an order. I tried ordering but when I clicked on "buy" to complete order, nothing happened. I contacted QVC and was told that they are aware of the problem, but Caseable was experiencing problems with orders via Internet Explorer. So, I tried to order via Google Chrome but this did not allow for me to use a discount code obtained with my purchase from QVC. I called QVC back to let them know this partnership was a terrible mistake and if they planned to continue it in the future, I would suggest Caseable providing the number of cases they wished sold and have them advertised on air with the tablets. This customer service is unacceptable!!! I basically asked QVC to credit my credit card the amount I would have paid for the case since it was free from the amount of the tablet!!! I am hoping I can get a case from a more reputable business!!! I liked the way their cases looked, but based on my experience so far and the reviews I have read, I think I will have better luck shopping elsewhere...I want a case now to protect my tablet!!"

"I received and email that my order shipped out on November 16th which made me very happy as it was much quicker than I had expected for a custom product. Unfortunate my excitement quickly faded as it did not arrive until December 19th which I find to be ridiculous. When I emailed customer service a few day to wait 5 more days rather than telling me the location of my case. The product arrived in extremely damaged packaging and the case has some damage as well. I wanted this product to have a unique case with a design that I enjoyed but that is now marred by the scratches on the case."
"I been trying for over a month to reach someone at Caseables. I ordered a tablet from QVC and was promised a free case as part of my purchase. Apparently my voucher code is not valid and I've been unable to reach anyone at Caseable. If Caseable answers their phone it goes to a recording telling you to call back as you reached them after hours. This happens no matter when you call the. Their email is worst as it just drops out. I'm amazed that QVC did business with such a poor company. One star is too many. I wish I could give them a zero. "
"Have a coupon for a case for my new Amazon 10 HD tablet. It wouldn't work on the Caseable site, so I called the 800 nbr, I was on hold for 30 mins, surviving the most irritating music ever, they then said they closed at 6pm EST (it was before 2pm CST) and cut me off stating I should email them. When a business is collaborating with one as big as Amazon, maybe they should own up to the contract they have signed with them. I will be contacting Amazon right away./"

Only way you can reach them is by email and all they say is give it more time. Phone is useless. Even when you call during business hours it says sorry we are closed and gives the hours of 9am - 6pm est. Not reliable, I have better luck on Ebay!!"

"I need to order 3 Caseables and the website only allows me to order one a time (annoying). With that being said, I ordered one, and couldn't remember which one I ordered so kindly emailed them asking them to confirm which one I bought, and heard nothing. Today, 12/7 I got email that it shipped, but again, nothing indicating the kind of case I ordered that shipped. Fourth email sent today and not a peep. I want to order two more as I have vouchers from QVC but obv. dont want to order the same one again...HELP!"

"I ordered a iPad cover two months ago and have not received the case. The money was taken right away but no product. I have called one month ago to talk to a representative. She told me that it was being shipped that day! Since then I have emailed the company three times and guess what they all wrote the same exact thing saying it was being shipped that day.
I am not sure how this company stays in business but I am here to tell you I truly don't believe there is a company in Brooklyn.
I am furious that this company had no problem taking my money but not fulfilling my order.

"I ordered on Nov. 10th received 12/4 which is much longer than stated on website,and it’s not correct. Picture I wanted put on is small. When I ordered the website wouldn’t allow me to expand it to entire case so assumed company did so. Color did not completely cover so you can see white edges. NO Quality control!!!! Picture not clear can see other color seeping through. Would have been ok it took so long if it looked good, but extremely disappointed. "

"horrible company! have not received my cases yet nor have i even received an email that they have shipped. i am very worried i will not get them before christmas and they are gifts to my daughters. i have already contacted my bank to ask them to review the company and purchase hopefully get my money back. i WILL NOT pay for something that can not get here in a timely fashion. based on other reviews on this site and others, caseable should be closed down!!!! no one answers their phones. i WILL get money back!!!!"
