"I ordered a case from caseable.com in early dec. I recieved an email saying that my case was shipped. The tracking number i received was not trackable by any major courier. I contacted customer service their response was " Unfortunately there is no tracking number for those orders" they claimed my order would arrive in 5-10 days. numerous people received free vouchers from QVC I did not I purchased mine. I have a feeling i'm gonna be out my money I spent. QVC should be aware that they are dealing with a company that does not share their commitment to customer service"

I have not found an means to intact them quickly but their email for support that !ed me to this site. I have no case, no confirmation and am about to write a review for QVC who promotes and se!is for their company. I hope others read this before ordering instead of when they are fed up and ready to call the BBC

"I received an email three weeks ago saying that my case had been shipped. I contacted "support" only to get an automated reply but ignored otherwise. I contacted twice more requesting at least the courtesy of a reply from ANYONE within the company. My reply came saying your case either shipped from New York or Germany and Germany will take longer. Hello! You have something that I paid for, and you have NO CLUE where it shipped from or when I might receive it. My last reply another week later was from someone saying that, "Oh, if you don't receive it in a week, we will reship it!" This is the worst customer experience that I have ever had with any company I purchased from online."

"I ordered 3 custom cases for Amazon kindle fire that were purchased from qvc with a voucher. I received the emails that they had shipped within a couple days of placing my order. I asked for a tracking number which was not supplied. I received 2 of the cases together and the other one that was supposedly shipped the same day still hasn't arrived and it's been almost a week since the first two showed up. Did they even make it and ship it? I get no response when I email. So disappointing. Not to mention I was not impressed with the quality of the product. The pictures were blurry and grainy. "
"The product is beautiful, but the delivery is absolutely lousy. I received an email saying my order shipped on December 9th, then on the 16th I was told it would be 5-10 more days and then the following week on the 23rd I'm told another 5-10 days. It is now December 27th and I still don't have my case and no tracking information, and no way of knowing if it ever shipped. My first two emails were answered promptly with the blanket 5-10 more days statement, but they didn't bother to answer my third email, probably because I was getting snippy. I will never order from this company again. Just horrible experience. "

"I placed my order a month before xmas. The website states shipping times are 3-5 business days and that all products are manufactured in and shipped from the US. I sent an email 11 days after I was notified that my order had shipped and asked where it was. I was not provided with a tracking number as promised. The reply I received from the company said that my order was being shipped from Germany and *may* take another 7-10 business days, but that’s just a blanket statement because in the same sentence the person replying informed me that there is no way to track my order. This was actually my second order with this company. Oddly enough the first order’s confirmation of shipping email DID have a tracking number. I didn’t use it though, because it wasn’t a USPS number. I received the order about 3 weeks after the email was sent. On the website it states that ALL domestic US orders are shipped via USPS with a USPS tracking number and will arrive in 3-5 days. Such was not the case my first time around, but I was willing to overlook it because I actually RECEIVED the order. This second order is coming up on a month now, with no way to track it and not knowing what country it’s in. False advertising on the website and terrible customer service. I will never recommend this company and I’ll never use them again. Additionally, the actual cases are terrible quality. I’ve ordered cheap cases from China off of ebay and received better quality products and faster shipping times. "
"I had to reorder 3 times for the same item. All they say is sorry have to cancel old order and ask me to reorder. It has taken them over 5 months to play this game. Even had them email me a few tim s saying it was shipped and then later say it was not and to reorder. Ridiculous service and no way of confirming product shipment, etc... Avoid this company like the plague! This company should be investigated by the NY AG office for fraudulent business practices."

This site does allow a case to be chosen, but does not accept the code....only a means of payment. Aren't you aware the case is part of the purchase price of the Amazon Fire 10 HD? "Ordered two cases for two Amazon Fire Tablets (Christmas gifts) on December 6, 2017, supposedly shipped on the 10th. Emailed them and asked if they could send me the tracking numbers or an estimate of when they will be arriving.

Haven't heard from them since, how much time does it take to look up the information. Definitely will never do business with them again. Christmas Grinch.
