"Ordered tablet case that was included with my QVC Fire HD 10 purchase. Never receiver the case. Even though I received emails saying it was ordered and then another email saying it was on it's way. I have sent 3 emails asking for the status of my order, no response except for an automated one, "We received your request (48586) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. " which they never do!!!! It's been 11 days since it was ordered and a week ago they said it was on it's way. I would not recommend using this company, I have never dealt with a company that at least doesn't respond to a customers issue after sending three emails with a simple request of the status of my order!
Let's see if anyone from caseable.com can respond to this review, they certainly don't respond to direct customer emails, and tell me status of my order since I can't get a response through email requests.

"I bought 4 kindle fire's on tv for Christmas presents this year. For each kindle purchased you received a Kindle cover made by this company - Caseable. It was supposed to be a $29.99 value for each Kindle Fire Case. I ordered four cases for free. I have received all four cases. I cannot say that the case itself it terrible, it will do the job. I custom made my case, so I picked a color for the front of the case and two of my own photos for the back of the case. The front of each case has spotting that you can see where the color is not there, like it was rubbed away. Not a lot just enough to make it look cheap. The printing of the pictures is alright but not crisp. The overall look is cheap. It does protect the Kindle Fire but does not look very good and you cannot bend the back properly to allow it to stand on its own for your reading pleasure. If I had paid for these cases I would have demanded my money back. Also for a final note one of the cases I complained about because the cover color came back white and I had picked purple. They let me order another one and that was on November 28. It is now December 18 and I have not received my case. I wrote to Caseable today and was told they did not have a tracking number for my order because there were such a great amount or orders. That mine was probably being made in Germany and I should get it in the next 5-10 days. It has already been 20 days. Do not buy. "

These was supposed to be Christmas gifts for kids. It says to check your tracking number on my e-mail but don't say how they was shipped!"
"I ordered two cases within two minutes of each other (for my tablet from QVC). I received the first one fairly fast and it looks great. the second one was never processed/lost on their side. They sent me another code and after struggles I was able to get it ordered. I did receive a generic email stating it was mailed on 12/2, but cannot get ahold of anyone for tracking (emailed a few times) with no response. Like many others I want this for a Christmas present and need to know if I need to reach out to QVC or if it was really mailed.
UPDATE - since this was posted I received an email stating they lost it AGAIN. This will be the third time I order it and looks like I won't have it for Christmas. Not ok."

"Check their Facebook page, how many complaints this Caseable company get! Tons of people NEVER received their orders & if they did, there are numerous printing quality issues. Many buyers bought 2-4 Amazon Kindle tablets from QVC where cases are part of the gift bundle. But this company is NEVER at par performance & business wise, they could not deliver to the contract they signed up w/ QVC & Kindle - many are left hanging with their tablets WITHOUT their cases! It's been almost 20 days since I ordered mine & their only email response is to give you a runabout & asks buyer to wait 10 days more?! Some complaints include 1 month waiting, but no product delivered AS they don't provide tracking #s. Buyers ONLY RELY on their email saying it's shipped! Their 1800 # DO NOT WORK & NO EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE but they have time to posts product photos & marketing info on Facebook! I will give this company ZERO stars - BBB should shut Caseable down before they victimize more people!"
"First, if I could give a negative star, I would. So, I purchased an Amazon Fire HD 10' with a voucher for a Caseable from QVC. I received my Fire on December 8th & decided to make my Caseable on December 9th, 2017. WHAT A JOKE!!! I attempted (4) times & I entered my voucher number & then when I pushed on the "BUY" tab, it would not allow me.
So I finally call QVC, long story short....You CAN'T USE INTERNET EXPLORER with this website! Are you kidding me??? So, in between trying to make this cover & talking to QVC two times, I call the Caseable Company & I'm stupid enough to stay on hold with the phone number they provide on their website....the first time 40 minutes & then the chic comes on & states "thank you for holding, our office is now closed. Please call back during normal business hours"......Same thing two more times, 30 minutes each time & it was DURING BUSINESS HOURS!! I sent an email on December 9th at 10:16am & received an email back at 10:16am!! These emails they send out are automatic, there is no one sitting at a computer answering emails obviously. They replied stating "We received your request (38897) & we will get back to you as soon as possible. Yeah, that was 5 days ago & I still have not heard from them.
Now, so since I couldn't use this precious voucher on Internet Explorer, I tried Chrome and it actually worked! Holy Cow....I was so excited, until....I pushed buy & complete order and I NEVER RECIEVED A CONFIRMATION NUMBER! I have nothing that proves I ordered this DAMN COVER. I ordered it 5 days ago, I have heard absolutely nothing from this company.
I have read so many negatives on Caseables, LLC so I thought I would do some checking & I found that they have had complaints submitted in Brooklyn, NY thru the BBB. I will attach the website, hopefully it will go thru. This company opened in October of 2011 & I can't see them staying open with the way they treat their customers.
I am thinking this, the people that bought products such as myself that included a voucher, we are LAST ON THIER LIST. They are more concerned about the customers that do not have the vouchers. This is NOT a FIRST IN FIRST OUT type of company.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM....READ THE BBB REPORT. I WILL BE SUBMITTING MY COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT LIVE IN NEW YORK. THESE GUYS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AT TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP!!

"I tried to order a tablet case. Took forever to fill out order form since one block was hung on Canada and I couldn't get it to clear. After a half-hour of trying I was ready to hit "buy" and the order form kept taking me back to the country block and re-inserting Canada.
After an hour of trying, I tried to reach the Caseable "help" address. No luck, the address said "Sorry" not available.
I can't believe QVC has a deal with these people. What an infuriating and disappointing experience. "
