"Order caseable 12/5/17 still no case no return message from what they call customer service. Like many others I ordered the kindle with free caseable from qvc. I wonder if they knew how bad the service is. I think they should know and maybe they can help. I will never use caseable web site again and I going to let everybody know!!! They never sent confirmation when I place my order!!!

"I wrote a negative review a few days ago, giving them a 1 star review. The lack of tracking number provided and the other negative reviews lead me to believe I would never see the cases from vouchers I had received from HSN. I ordered 2 of them 12/11 and received emails 12/15 that they were shipped. I finally received one of them 01/03 and now the other 01/04. A look at the address label shows what took so long to get them, it could also explain why so many other reviewers have not received their items also. The cases are coming from Germany, perhaps they should disclose it may take 4 weeks to get your order, or at least set some sort of realistic expectation, for that I am removing a star.
They did a very nice job with the cases. We used personal photographs on ours and they came out very clear. I am impressed with the product.
Despite the shipping time, I am considering ordering a few more cases from them. "
"I too, purchase a Fire HD-10 for Christmas. When I tried to get the case it said my code wasn't valid. I emailed QVC and received an email questionnaire asking how they did? BIG JOKE! Never heard from them or Caseable. I would assume that this was a deal QVC made with Caseable... This is false advertising and they just hope you will give up and go away. I also ordered a warranty and I have yet to receive that. I have been with QVC for over 20 years and I have to say that I am truly disappointed. Its very frustrating and why should I have to spend my time messing with this when it is supposed to come with it? I called QVC and was on hold for so long that I hung up.. I wont go away.... I will get my case and my warranty if I have to deduct it from my final payment..."

Its unfortunate that you can't create an account to check your order. its like the item disappeared into thin air.

Received a Kindle Fire HD 10 from my husband, ordered from QVC, for Christmas. I also received a voucher for a free case from this company. I ordered the case on 12/25/17, using the voucher. I entered my credit card information to pay for shipping. Lo and behold, on 12/26/17, there was a charge of $37.80 on my credit card for the case and the shipping. I have emailed a number of times and have not received an answer of any kind. I have called the number that I found for their company numerous times and have been placed on hold and then hung up on, without speaking to anyone. I will now be calling QVC and the BBB to discuss this company's deceitful business practices. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. "

"I ordered a Fire 7 case over 5 weeks ago. They took my money but never delivered the case. None of my complaints to Customer Service were answered except one. Their response was “Did you receive it at the end?” …. Duh! "
"I rarely write reviews unless I absolutely LOVE something or despise it...I recently purchased two tablets on QVC which came with 2 free Caseable case vouchers. These were Christmas presents for my daughters so I was anxious to place the order for the cases! I went to their website on Internet Explorer and picked out my cases, went to check out to fill out all my billing/shipping info, but the submit button would not work! I tried a few times with no luck, so I sent them an email, as this was the only form of contact info Caseable has on their website. I got an automated email literally a minute after I sent my first email and it said someone would contact me soon. I waited a couple days with no response, so I emailed them again and got the same automated message. I was still just trying to place the order. I was getting frustrated as it should not be this difficult to get a hold of someone to place an order. After waiting another day, I went on Google and found a ton of other reviews for Caseable stating the same troubles I was having and someone told another reviewer to try placing the order on Google Chrome...so I did that and the submit button finally worked! So I placed both of my orders. I then received a couple email confirmations shortly there after. I thought I was good to go, hopeful my orders would arrive before Christmas! A few weeks later, I got a shipment notification for ONE of my TWO orders, that it had shipped, but did not receive one for the 2nd order. I tried to send yet another email to follow-up on the 2nd order, but no such luck again!! I placed my orders on 12/7/17, and it's now 1/2/18 and I have YET to receive my 2nd order and there is no promising hope of reaching anyone in their customer service. Very very frustrating to say the least!"

Received my order on 12/30/2017 only to open and find a very disappointing product, instead of Marine Blue for the color it's more like a faded purple, ink job is poor quality, along with the photo of my dog Sebastian. My sister and her husband owned their own silk screening business (silk printing) back in the eighties and nineties and this product would not of past their Quality control! Just glad I didn't pay for this, it was part of a QVC offer when I purchased my Amazon Fire HD, got a free caseable voucher. Just a FYI, it was sent Priority Luftpost from Lauterbach, Germany in case you'd like to touch base with them regarding the quality control issue. One consolation, the package did have a 25% off voucher on my next order, too bad it's only valid until 12/31/2017

"I bought a Fire HD 10 online that came with a coupon for a case with caseable.com. I designed the case for a Christmas gift. Christmas came and went by, but I am still waiting for my case. The wonderful support team at customer service refuses to help me find this package and apparently is lost since December 17. Without any tracking number and company information, which this company will not provide me with, my local post office can not find it. I guess with caseable. com, I am alone finding my case. What a horrible experience! This company does not even deserve a one star!!!"
