"Beautiful piece that looks great in our home. Only watch out is that most home audio receivers will not fit - too tall. The shelves are not readily removable. In order to remove a shelf I had to disassemble the whole thing (remove top and bottom) and put back together. Took about 30 minutes. But I don’t regret buying, it’s a high quality piece. "

"There were little silicon beads that erupted all over my floor in 2 of the 3 boxes in my order. The instructions were not very clear, from the actual paper write up to the hardware included to assemble. Mostly though I'm concerned since the craftsmanship of the parts seemed inconsistent that I doubt the quality and longevity of my chairs. For now I'm happy with the product, but still trying to pick up the packing material off my floor after it rolled into every corner of my apartment."

"Great sofa, quickly delivered and the delivery partner was great in getting the product in my place and box’s disposed of. The 20% "return or exchange fee" is very disappointing. Not in line with all other online furniture retailer which would make me think twice about ordering something such as a statement piece again. What if it doesn’t look right and I want to send it straight back? Y get unnecessarily dinged for $400 on a $1700 item. Not good in my opinion."

"My new Vincent table is gorgeous and the perfect addition to my apartment. The wood is beautiful, and it’s all around a lovely table.

My only complaint is that well into my dispatch window, my account said that my order was “pending dispatch in 2-7 business days.” Even after the customer service rep was able to track down my order and reassure me that my table had been dispatched (one day late), my account still said 2-7 business days. There was also no tracking or automated email from Castlery. Just my correspondence with the reps. At least the reps were super nice and helpful—but the interface made the whole process extremely nerve wracking."

"I bought the smaller size, and am currently using it as a desk. It is the perfect size for that purpose.

Pros:
Rare to be able to find a decent solid wood table. Has a nice whitewash finish. Nice quality construction.

Cons:
Took FOREVER to dispatch - as in, several months. Guessing this was due to COVID, but waiting such a long was definitely a downside of choosing this table. Shipping was really quick once the order was filled.

Also, unfortunately the metal support bar for under the table came bent, and it was difficult to screw in to the 4 legs because of this. I managed eventually but wasn't able to remedy the bend because the metal is quite thick.

After placing the order I was contacted by their shipping company and was able to schedule the delivery pretty quickly and when I wanted.
