"Don't buy here!!! I bought the "Adams Chaise Sectional Sofa" and it was a HUGE disappointment. This is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever seated in, it seemed it was made of cardboard. I hated it so much that I returned it, losing more than 20% of what I had spend due to their fees (around $600), so I could buy a couch in West Elm. Worse of all, I posted a bad review and they NEVER published it. Definitely not worth it, DON'T BUY HERE.
Before buying it I did my due diligence and read so many good reviews, and it was so expensive that I thought it would be good quality. But it's awful, please don't buy here and make the same mistake I did. I think they have good reviews since they don't post bad ones in their website. After getting the sofa I wrote a bad review and they never published it.
I ended up going to West Elm and getting a new couch, and I am extremely happy I did, now I can enjoy my sofa everyday. I'm sad I lost $600 due to Castlery but I'm happy I didn't keep their couch, it was just too uncomfortable, cheap looking and bad quality."

"Bottom line: I would have given a zero if I could. I am not sure why so many positive reviews here, because my experience with them has simply been the worst ever.

Long story short:
1. I ordered a two piece sofa, i.e., the two need to be separately ordered, back in Nov 2021. First item was scheduled to arrive in Dec, but the other part could not get delivered until late Jan 2022.
2. First item arrived as expected in Dec 2021. Second item arrived in Jan 2022, but wait, they delivered the WRONG ITEM. Instead of delivering the second piece of sofa, they delivered something completely irrelevant and unrelated to my order. I had to clear some space in my garage to store this wrong item.
3. I got in touch with them telling them the wrong item has been delivered. They were quick in saying "we want to pick it up from you", and then they asked me whether I wanted the right item to be re-delivered, and I said "yes"
4. Guess what, they were quick in scheduling the pick up, but they were non-responsive to my request to redelivering the correct piece. So I got in touch, asking for a refund of that piece so that I could order again the same piece from their website. Now they told me "oh, sorry that piece is no longer in stock". They could have told me that in the last two email exchanges, yet they did not.

Totally irresponsible and unprofessional seller! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!"
