"I bought the Miles dining set (extendable table with 4 chairs) and the Miles bench. The website is easy to navigate. While it feels a bit like a gamble to purchase furniture that I've not seen in person, the highly positive reviews that other users posted were very helpful. I agree with other users that the actual tone/color of the wood is a shade or 2 darker than that shown in the picture, but this doesn't bother me much. The table, chairs, and bench are of very high quality, meeting my expectation. Castlery packaged their funiture very well. The manual is easy to follow, and putting the table and bench together did not take much time at all. A minor complaint is that while the furniture pieces are finished, some surfaces of the table/chairs are slightly rough, so certain clothing materials do get "caught." I don't have any cloth damaged as a result of this yet, but I can totally see someone ruining a pair of hose or a silk shirt.

Castlery, like many other companies, suffers from a delay in getting its products to its customers as the pandemic drags on. A part of my purchase is available 2 months sooner than the rest. At check out, however, I found that if I were to have the products shipped separately, I'd have to pay the $100 shipping fee twice. For the price that I pay, I already found the shipping fee higher than I'd like, not to mention paying twice as much. I reached out to their customer service, who offered to combined everything into 1 shipment for one shipping fee. I was offered a delivery date in the 3rd week of March 2022. However, by the 2nd week of March 2022, I received no update regarding the delivery, so I reached out to Castlery's customer service again, only to find out that they made a mistake on their end when offering me the original delivery date. As Castlery set a new delivery date for me, the 2 customer representatives offered me two different delivery windows that are 1 month apart. This created a serious inconvenience for me because I had planned to host guests, only to find out that my guests will still have no where to sit and dine for another 1-2 months. In the end I was offered reimbursements on the shipping fee for the significant delay in the delivery. Fortunately, I was very happy with the furniture that it almost cancels out all the extra time I had to spend in talking to different customer representatives to finally get my purchase!"

"Needed a couch quick and this arrived in less than a week! Everyone who comes over comments on how beautiful the couch is. The material is excellent and seems very durable and the couch is very comfortable. It is slightly firm as some reviews note, but it is not uncomfortable - we've already had two guests sleep over on the couch with no complaints. Also, I feel the firmness will allow the couch to hold up better over time. Very pleased with the purchase and it looks way more expensive than we paid. "

"I love it this couch! Perfect size. Not to deep. Large enough and not bulky. However… I’m not to sure how long the cushions will last. I have a 2 year old that loves climbing and jumping and we’ve had the couch for a couple months now and the cushions already look as if they are wearing. Also when the product was delivered there were some indentations on the bottom edges that we though would eventually go away after having it exposed. However it never really did. Other then this it’s a great look and perfect size couch. "

"The furniture piece arrived earlier than expected, and delivery to our home was easy to coordinate with the drivers.

Once assembled, we realized that one of the cabinet door frames was loose in one spot, but a little bit of wood glue fixed the issue. I hope the cabinet doors wear well with continued use.

We are annoyed that the interior clear width of each cabinet for the media stand is just shy of 17 inches, which is too small to fit some of our AV components. Most AV equipment like our receiver (and most DVD players, etc) is exactly 17 inches wide, so now we still have to find another solution. So stupid because there are grommet holes on the back of the media stand for easy cable management, but I wonder if the designers ever tried to fit real pieces of equipment in there? Otherwise, it is a nice looking design, and would be functional if your AV storage needs are very basic. "
