"This is the WORST re-seller to go to. Save your time and money - take your order someplace else. I ordered a phone from these people. It took 2 weeks to arrive. It was the wrong color, so I demanded a return. I paid for the return shipping (which they btw insisted they would re-imburse). They issued my refund and then whaddya know? The phone I wanted was out of stock. They should have kept it aside. To make matters worse, they did not refund my shipping. And no apology either. I ordered the same phone from a seller in China and they were WAY more professional than these people. "

"I had a different experience than everybody else it seems, so I’m going to report on that. What happened was, I got my iPhone but it there was something wrong with it. The company claimed it was my carrier instead of the phone, but I said why not just switch the unit and find out for sure. They said no, they could only do an exchange if it were defective, not if my carrier had issues. That’s fair enough, though I do wish we could have found out for sure with an exchange or two. Maybe that’s too much to ask but oh well. Luckily, as it turned out, it was probably my carrier since I also called them up about this (and of course they denied any culpability as well) but ultimately everything works well now. Who knows, maybe it was one of them solar winds or something you hear about every so often!

"I will not do business with this company again, and if your smart, you won't either. I ordered what was stated to be a "new" LG Lotus xl600 in black. First they indicated on their web site that they ship UPS so I gave them my physical address. When they sent me tracking info (not until I requested it) it turns out it was shipped USPS. I had to contact the Post Office myself to direct the shipment to my PO box. I order the phone on Jan 30 and did not get the phone until Feb 6th. When I opened the box, much to my surprise, it was purple! In looking the phone over, I noticed paint chips at the top of the phone and that although the phone said Sprint, the charger said Verizon. It was obvious this was not a new phone as stated. I contacted their customer service. They indicated I should send the phone back and they would replace it. I had waited six days already and going another twelve days without a phone was unacceptable. Another phone should have been shipped immediately. Bottom line, they don't provide products and shipping as described. Buyer Beware!"

I purchased 6 Motorola I335 cell phones from this business on January 6,2012 and never received the items. I emailed this compnay for a status update on Friday, 1/13/2012 and received a response from "Melvin" on the same day that "this order was shipped on 01/09/2012 please allow 10-14 days for delivery". I waited 15 days (1/24/12) and called Cell2Cell at 1-***-***-**** and received their voicemail at which time I left a message. After not receiving a response I emailed the company for someone to get back to me about my order. This was on 1/25/12. Again I have received no reponse. I emailed again on Thursday 1/26/12 and I tried to call again but the phone numbers no longer go through. The second phone number I called is 718-513/3100 (the phone number on the email from Melvin).
I am now out $469.94 and I have no cell phones to show for it.
*** I need to edit my review. The day I wrote the review the cell phones arrived. Also the day I wrote my review I suddenly got repeated phone calls from cell2get after not getting a response for days! The cell phones arrived but instead of being "NEW IN THE BOX" they are used in old boxes. When I told them that in a call that day they said I could send them back but after reading all these reviews I knew they would keep a sizable RESTOCKING fee. They agreed even though they misrepresented their phones as new. DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!!
