"Well, everything turned out alright - so how come the low rating? 1) I paid a fortune to get UPS 3-day delivery and then waited two weeks when it came USPS. Moral: don't pay extra shipping or don't deal with these rip-off guys. 2) I did get a good brand new phone although I didn't expect it after reading some of the other posts here. I was really surprised that I got it new! BUT - it was a locked phone unlike the unlocked one I was promised. I was lucky because I knew how to unlock it - a real task with this particular phone. My computer crashed and I lost my trackingnumber. After asking for it again they gave me a different trackingnumber wich does not work at all.

Since I didn,t get any answers on my emails I filed a creditcardclaim, and I got my money back yesterday which made me real happy!
I did not receive my phone, and after I wrote this revieuw "they" placed an excellent revieuw, and changed the status of my phone on my acoount in "shipped". I asked for a trackingnumber again, and got an other one, probably fake. But keep you posted.

Help!, now I am really confused about what to do.
Just now(the 21th of januari) the postman came at my door with a package from the US with the context of a cellphone (written on the package) I had to pay 29 euro incomtax and I didn.t have it on me. so the postman took the package and I can collect it on monday and pay the 29 euro. BUT...., I got my money back(the 169 dollar I payed for the phone)with help from my banc, and Cell2get has untill the 13th of februari to prove I did get this phone, and proven right I have to pay for the phone again after all. I dont know how the phone will be, in brandnew shape, or scrathed and broken. Will I get the phone on monday, or will I just let it be????
Today I got my phone at the postoffice. I ordered a brandnew BLUE samsung X830, and got (after 2 month) a BLACK second hand samsung X830 with sratches and dirt on the display. I had to pay 29 euro tax and I dont want this secondhand phone in the wrong colour...BAD experience!!"

I canceled the same day I ordered it, and lo and behold, I find an authorization request on my credit card just an hour later after I asked to cancel the transaction. I called, left messages, emailed, and they still attempted to put the transaction through. I had to cancel my credit card. Thank goodness I don't use it that often."

"I'm thinking that any positive comments about this store are made by the store owners themselves. I ordered a blackberry on 10/29 and the next day my old phone started working. That was really great because I actually did NOT want to pay $300 for another phone. I e-mailed the website telling them I wanted to cancel my order...no response...okay, so I called two days later thinking surely I could cancel my order seeing as how the status is showing in process. The guy I spoke with said oh, this has already processed. I told him well, I want to cancel my order. He tells me that's no problem, you can send it back for a refund. A whole two weeks later from the time of my order and I STILL don't have a phone and have no tracking information and no way to figure out when I will get the phone. It wouldn't be as upsetting except for the fact that I am out over $300 and minus the stupid phone that I need to send back. I guess I am going to have to call but it sounds like I am not going to have much luck. "
"STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. They say on their web site that their phone are NEW but that is not true. The only reason a reseller of a product states that the sales are final with no recourse, is because they know they are not selling new phones. Their phones are used and will arrive in boxes that are damages or have miss-places trash and plastic bags that don't belong. I wish I had read the other reviews before placing my order. I would have thought twice about ordering from these guys. My order was shipped from Finland, so I have no idea whether or not I have a Warranty that will be honored here in the US. "
"I love this store! It’s got a nice selection and good prices, but what I really like is that you can actually speak to someone on the phone who cares about your order. It’s happened twice, through no fault of theirs but the shipping company’s, that my stuff was momentarily lost or otherwise delayed while in transit. Not only were my requests for assistance promptly responded to but I even got callbacks from a few people to make sure things were all right finally! Maybe it sounds silly but in this day and age that kind of commitment to the customer is really appreciated. I can’t recommend them highly enough on this score alone but like I said they also have a good selection and some nice prices to boot! So you really can’t go wrong shopping here, and I’m now recommending them to everyone I know just because this kind of business should be supported for their good business practices."
"I bought a Blackberry Torch 9800 with Cell2Get.com. It took 10 days after my purchase for them to send me the phone. When I got it the phone that they sell it as BRAND NEW was inside a ziploc bag with the battery and charger (no original box or manual) and had scratches on it!! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM! BIG MISTAKE!!!"
