But now I realize how important customer service is, and am willing to pay a little more to ensure help should I need it. So imagine my surprise when not only did I not need any assistance, but was able to enjoy the lowest prices anywhere! "I'm thinking that any positive comments about this store are made by the store owners themselves. I ordered a blackberry on 10/29 and the next day my old phone started working. That was really great because I actually did NOT want to pay $300 for another phone. I e-mailed the website telling them I wanted to cancel my order...no response...okay, so I called two days later thinking surely I could cancel my order seeing as how the status is showing in process. The guy I spoke with said oh, this has already processed. I told him well, I want to cancel my order. He tells me that's no problem, you can send it back for a refund. A whole two weeks later from the time of my order and I STILL don't have a phone and have no tracking information and no way to figure out when I will get the phone. It wouldn't be as upsetting except for the fact that I am out over $300 and minus the stupid phone that I need to send back. I guess I am going to have to call but it sounds like I am not going to have much luck. "

"STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. They say on their web site that their phone are NEW but that is not true. The only reason a reseller of a product states that the sales are final with no recourse, is because they know they are not selling new phones. Their phones are used and will arrive in boxes that are damages or have miss-places trash and plastic bags that don't belong. I wish I had read the other reviews before placing my order. I would have thought twice about ordering from these guys. My order was shipped from Finland, so I have no idea whether or not I have a Warranty that will be honored here in the US. "

"I love this store! It’s got a nice selection and good prices, but what I really like is that you can actually speak to someone on the phone who cares about your order. It’s happened twice, through no fault of theirs but the shipping company’s, that my stuff was momentarily lost or otherwise delayed while in transit. Not only were my requests for assistance promptly responded to but I even got callbacks from a few people to make sure things were all right finally! Maybe it sounds silly but in this day and age that kind of commitment to the customer is really appreciated. I can’t recommend them highly enough on this score alone but like I said they also have a good selection and some nice prices to boot! So you really can’t go wrong shopping here, and I’m now recommending them to everyone I know just because this kind of business should be supported for their good business practices."

"I bought a Blackberry Torch 9800 with Cell2Get.com. It took 10 days after my purchase for them to send me the phone. When I got it the phone that they sell it as BRAND NEW was inside a ziploc bag with the battery and charger (no original box or manual) and had scratches on it!! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM! BIG MISTAKE!!!"

"Not sure yet how I feel about this company. I received my cell in the wrong packaging with the wrong instruction manual and the screen had a small scratch. I called the company and left a message for them to call me back which they did a few hours later. I spoke with Melvin who was very apologetic. And he assured me that the phone was new but when they unlocked the phones they have to take them out of the package and my phone must have mistakenly been put into the wrong box. I am willing to overlook the scratch (it's very small) and Melvin assured me that they are going to send me the correct manual. Upon receiving the correct manual I will update this review. Also, I think it's important to note that I was given the option to return the phone but chose to keep it because it is a gift for my wife and I don't have time to send it back before her birthday. So all in all not the best online buying experience but as long as they make it right it isn't the worst by far especially considering the price! Still on the fence as to whether I would recommend them to a friend. But after speaking to Melvin I do feel a lot better about the whole situation."

STAY AWAY!
I had an awful experience ordering a phone from cell2get.com. I ordered the phone with next day air shipping because I needed it quickly. I paid $60 for this service. Nothing happens for several days to I emailed and called cell2get to find out what was going on. They proceeded to say that they would send me a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, I realized that they had actually shipped my order using USPS priority mail (which costs around $9, not $60.) They refused to refund my shipping, saying I had to speak to a manager. It doesn't really matter what time of day you call, they are very unlikely to pick up the phone, so it's near impossible to talk to a manager.

Not only that, but when I finally did get the phone, the package had been opened and no battery was included, so it was useless anyhow! I called them and they insisted I hadn't searched the box throughly. I searched for close to 10 minutes, the battery was not there. They begrudgingly said they would ship another one, but I still have no tracking number and no sign of the battery many days later.
If they will refund the incorrect shipping and ship me a replacement battery I will edit my review to reflect that but as of now I must heartily recommend you stay as far away from this 'store' as possible."
