"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Awful service. I have now been waiting for more than 3 weeks for my phone to arrive. I have contacted CellToGet via phone and email several times, mostly without getting a response. The few times I have actually gotten a representative on the phone, they have been rude and lied to me about the status of my order. Forinstance, they tried to convince me that they could not provide me with a tracking number even though they alleged that the order had been shipped. This is obviously not true, and the truth probably is that the order has not been shipped. Also, they claim to be using UPS for shipping, but the representative told me they are in fact using USPS. Either this is a scam or the people at CellToGet are just horrobly unprofessional. In either case: do not buy from this site."
"Scam site! Don't waste your time; any good reviews were likely written by the store staff. I received two different phones that were locked or otherwise defective. I think that they somehow get their hands on defective merchandise and then send those units to us. Where do they make their money? They charge restocking fees when you inevitably have to return your phone. I can understand if I decide I don't want a product, but it's not my fault if the phone doesn't work. After the second broken phone arrived, their "customer service" guy (they only have one, I think) actually suggested I "make this easy" and just refuse delivery. He knows they're going to charge the restocking fee so yeah, it is making it easy. Not only are they charging the fee, I had to pay to ship the phone back on two different occasions. Be warned, be patient and look somewhere else."

I check the tracking no. and found out that they shipped the item with Priority Service (2-3 days delivery)! In addition, the item arrived was not what I ordered!!!! "I ordered a cell phone from this retailer on May 6, 2010. I did not get the cell phone till after June 1, 2010, it was not on back order. I called cell2get numerous times to check on the status of this order. I was constantly told that it was on the way. When I finally got it,it was was shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address. Also, it was a used handset, it still had information from previous owner and there was no manual with it. When I sent it back to cell2get they refused to give me a full refund. I had to have my credit card company dispute the balance. I will never do business with this company again and I will let everyone I know, not to do business with cell2get. "

I sent back the phones that i ordered. They suppose to charge a 15% for restocking fee, however, they charge me almost 30% on restocking fee. They refused to refund me my other 15%. Do not deal with this company!!!! "

Ordered a phone on Sunday Aug 22, 2010. My card was charged on Monday the 23rd and order status was changed to processing. On Tuesday evening it was still listed as processing. I called to check on status of order and was given a tracking number. On Thursday when the phone was supposed to show up there was no package. I called and was told that the phone was out of stock at the time and a refund was being credited to my account. I was offered a different phone if I wanted it but declined. I live in a rural area and MUST use a phone that has an external antenna due to poor signal strength. I was told the refund would be credited back to my account within a couple of days.
Late today (Friday) the refund was back into my account. I would rather have the phone I ordered since it is rare to find one with an external antenna that still has good features such as bluetooth, SD slot, camera with flash, etc.
The company did as they said they would in the time frame they promised."
