"NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible customer service, extremely rude, and unreliable. I initially encountered this company because it had the lowest price. Within 5 minutes, a salesperson named BRIANT called me. He was very nice at that point. He even threw in expedited service. This is where the good ends, and the rest begins. He promised an updated email - which took 4 days instead of the promised few hours (though the credit charge sure was immediate). Next, the 7-9 day expedited delivery date came and went - no phone. I called him, and the same salesperson was unprofessional and very rude. He was argumentative, blamed his customer service department for any errors made, and made more empty promises. He promised that I would be contacted, either by phone or email, within 4-5 days with the delivery time/date. He also promised to return the expedited delivery charge - which was never done. Again, after another deliver date came and went, I called back, and asked that my entire order be refunded. He convinced me to give them one more chance to deliver the phone within a few days. That, too, came and went. I called back again, and he promised full refund. However, after not receiving it for 5 days, I called again. After talking to at least 3 rude customer service agents.!! Since I had no trust in the company Go to any other site, But HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!

"I bought the Samsung D820. Received it and of course, since I'm writing review, it did not work. Phone would not acquire network. Received RMA and shipped back. Cellhut sent it back to me repaired and it did work. I had to make only a few phone calls and one email of, which they didn't respond to. Now the phone will work, but only for about 5 to ten minutes per charge and thats not exaggerating. It was for my wife so do I have to say the grief I received for that. Now I'm stuck with a $159.00 phone and don't know what to do. Is this a cellhut problem or manufacturer. Its the company I bought it from problem. I didn't even call them about it 'cause I'm so screwed on it. "

"i recently ordered a phone from cellhut.com let me tell you it was great the reason i say that is because i now don't have to get into a new contract with my provider i really didn't have much knowledge about unlocked phones and a gentleman at the company was able to teach me a whole lot so these people are ok on my part of town."

"Despite an approved RMA, and several communications with CellHut, it will not issue my refund. Here is a chronological email thread of what has happened.

I spoke with Raj on 9/23/08. He said he was putting my refund through while we were on the phone and that I should receive it by 9/26, but I haven't received anything. I don't understand. The RMA was approved and ALI received the cell phone in your New York office on 6/6/08 as verified by UPS. Despite numerous communications with your company(see chronological history below), including phone conversations, nothing has happened. I've run into non-responsive companies before, but never one that would verbally tell you the refund is imminent, and then nothing happens. Please respond to this email and please send my refund.

"I ordered BRAND NEW motorola A1200 DELUXE package phone.

The send me USED OPEN BOX + POSSIBLY MISSING SD CARD ITEM.

Here is condition, I received:
* There are many scratch marks on manual.
* The phone protection cover on the camera lense is 3/4 pilled off
* Also the protective plastic is pilled off at phone cover handle.
* And see bubbled in plastic like somebody stick back.
* In the Box, The inside holder of the phone, is torned at the corner.

* Doesn't deluxe package come with microSD card?

* The software CD come with phone, doesn't work, It loops than crashes on trying to install the software, like buggy CD.

* They priced $50 more than other seller, Still I bought thinking doing business with good seller.

THEY MUST HAVE CHARGED RESTOCKING FEE TO someone, for RETURNING THE PHONE. THAN SOLD ME AS NEW PHONE. NICE BUSINESS POLICY. YOU CAN MAKE MORE MONEY THIS WAY, THAN SELLING STRAIGHT.

The Cellhut asked me to call, after this review:
Than told me if I hadn't wrote this review, than they would have give me free car charger(But they didn't know NEW DELUXE package includes cell phone cover, car charger, SD card accessories :)).
According to thier customer support manager, The used manual, used phone, buggy software CD, are from Motorola factory itself, it's not they sold used phone.

"I ordered a Speck See Thru Clear Hard Case for 15 inch MacBook Pro-Core Duo and received the case with wrong slots on the right hand side. I tried to get an RMA from them and they don't respond. I sent another email through their customer service/returns and they don't even acknowledged my email. The frustrating part is they don't even respond or give reasons why. I will just be stuck with this case. Maybe someday I'll just cut part of the slots to salvage the case.
Be the judge. I'm not going to insist more.

"I am Jidesh Soudamini, from Cleveland, OH. I placed an order for a cellphone on 9/4/2008 7:04:30 PM, in CellHut.com .I cancelled my order as I couldn't receive my order in time.It showed the phone as available in the site.Later I received a mail from CellHut, telling that they don't have the item in stock.
And now it is 3 weeks since I cancelled my order. I didn't receive my refund of $175.44.
I called them many times, but it seems they are not bothered of serving their customers.
