"I purchased a Moto V180 and the phone that was sent to me looked like an used phone! The phone did not pick any signal at home, which is located right next to an at&t tower. The back cover was loose and came out with even a slight jerk. The software had a lot of French and overall it seemed to me as if Cellhut was trying to sell European reject phones to American consumers. Whats even more worse is Cellhut's return policy that states that I have to pay for the UPS charges, including insurance! The phone itself was $50! I will never buy a product again from this web-site. If you are reading this, you shouldn't too.

Added on May-27: If AT&T reception requires Quad band, the phone should not pick up any signal at all. Why does the phone intermittently lose and pick signals.. even when it is unmoved! "

"Sent a faulty cellphone. According to the cell hut Representative the cellphone model seems to be faulty but it appears still to be on the site. Had to ship it back with my money. No reply to my questions on shipping costs. Unprofessional.

I returned the phone and see that it was received on May 30th. I do not see any refund till now.
I spent more than 20 minutes on hold to talk to cellhut rep. That makes a total of 2 hours on phone for this disaster of a order.

At first i thought it was an isolated case where i felt you do not care about business. I call back after seeing the resellerratings.com reply "Please give us a call at 1-***-***-**** so we may reconcile the errors." . That was joke waiting on hold and talking to just know that my refund has not been processed even after the phone was received 7 days ago.
I am extremely disappointed."

I have faced problems time after time for this order from Cellhut. First they sent me a piece that wasn't working. Then when I asked about return/ exchange, the manager gave me a RMA after I emailed him about my dissatisfaction. He had to call me for fear of a bad review I guess (I was one of the people selected for customer review through an email). Anyway, i thought that since he told he will take care of the issue, i hesitantly shiopped the product back (which cost me again)and have been only hoping for a refund since. I sent emails asking about the progress atleast twice, the most recent being march 28. But guess what nobody seems to care anymore. I think it is obvious the store didn't care when they found out that I haven't given a review. Well, let them think again now. "

"I made a purchase on April 2nd and was suposed to receive my package(Sony Ericson w200i) in 4-5 days. However, after 3-4 days someone from cellhut called me up and informed me that they did not have the phone I had ordered in stock and asked me if I was ok with a different color. And I looked at the pics and thought it didnt look as good but since this was a gift and I wanted it shipped ASAP, I called up cellhut and to inform them that I will take the alternative color for the phone. So i asked him what can they do to fix this and why it took them so long to get back to me and they had already taken my money the day i placed the order. And he was like this is for security verification and all that. But the point was my money was taken out and my phone was not delivered and when i asked them for an explanation they didnt have one n neither did they do anything to fix the problem. I agreed to pay a little more to get a different phone but the guy was like i will cancel ur order and u go online and place another order. I shop a lot online but this was one of the worst companies that I hve shopped with.

Minor quibbles - the addons came to less that the shipping would have been had I not ordered them - so really no complaint to speak of. Love the phone.
