"I would not recommend CellHut to anyone. This has been an awful experience. I ordered a jawbone II earpiece for my phone and thought I got a really good deal. I ran in to problems when they tried to deliver it. The product had been shipped signature required. Both my husband and I work but it usally isn't an issue to get a package because we have our packages redirected if they need a signature. This was not the case with the package from CellHut. I tried to do an online redirect and it wouldn't let me so I called and they told me that the shipper doesn't allow packages to get redirected. I emailed and called but no one responds to email and couldn't seem to get anone on the phone. The place I was told to pick up the package wasn't near our home or work and they weren't open on the weekend, so it ended up getting sent back. Since then I have tried to call and email CellHut several times and have been unsuccessful in getting in touch with anyone. It is likely that I am going to end up being out the money for the product so this has really cost me in the long run trying to save a few dollars. I regret not reading the reviews before my purchase...Do NOT buy from this company. I have never known of any company until I placed an order with Cellhut that has NO customer service.

"Placed and order on August 15, on the 19th I was told one of two items was not available, even though my credit card had been charged in full Cancelled the order only to have an email sent with a tracking number, was told to refuse shipment at the door, I did and the product was signed for on the 26th of August at Cell Hut. Have emailed several times for refund of money but have not recieved it yet. While there customer service is improving, they need some work. they have now had my money for over a month."

"I purchased a phone from CellHuts website and upon receipt the phone did not work propoerly. I followed all return procedures required and requested an RMA to return the phone. I received the RMA and shipped the phone back where it was refused and sent back to me. I have now tried to contact them several times to no avail. "Cellhut is a scam, I've been dealing with them since June 08, wasted too much time on hold, my phone died for no reason, I cannot turn it on. I contacted Motorola directly they said my warranty is not valid because this phone was not intended for the US market, that the seller should respond to my claim. Of course Cellhut sticks to their guns that it didn't happen within the 14 days. They have NO customer service, whenever they get to answer the phone, they're mad because you woke them up, but they were sure fast to withdraw my money. Everyone has a crapy attitude. They should not be in business if they don't tell people upfront that their have NO warranty whatsoever here in the US. Cellhut is now telling me to call Vietnam. Obviously they have no brain cells. "Charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order and order is canceled after waiting 7 days because item is out of stock. Never notified me about delays and the product page still says "In stock". Just kept me waiting and waiting. And they still didn't refund the amount charged after 2 weeks and no help contacting them. Will dispute charges with my credit card company."

"I sent two emails to the merchant about issues with the order (slow delivery after paying extra for expedited delivery and the wrong part being sent with the main order). I have yet to get a response almost 2 weeks since I last tried to contact them. I am happy with the product, but this is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. "This seller is terrible and I will never do business with again. Product was damaged when it arrived. I refused shipment and called to let them know I had done so. When they answered (I was hung up on twice) the person answered with "What". I was told I would be refunded within the next week. Three more calls, wasted time on hold, three promises for refunds in the next couple of days and more than a month and I still haven't seen my refund."
"I am extremely disappointed with Cell Hut and will never purchase another item again. The description of items is a complete misrepresentation. An item being made in a foreign country is completely different than it actually having foreign writing on the keypad of the phone. After sending numerous e-mails (which were never responded to) and phone calls the operators are extremely rude and do not care about your issues. I explained to them I was from the US and spoke english not from hong kong and they said the phone works fine here. I told them they did not describe the phone acurately and they told me the web site says not made in the US - well it needs to say phone key pad has foreign writing on it and then I would NOT have purchased it. In order to return it I had to pay a restocking fee even though the phone was not described acurately and this is their error not mine. If I had just not liked the phone I would not mind paying the fee but with it being their error I should not of had to pay it. "

"Product shipment was delayed by over a week, during which time emails and calls went unanswered. When product was received it was used and unable to hold charge. RMA was requested and product was returned according to directions, but a month later and no refund has been given. This company does not respond to emails and out of literally dozens of calls, the phone has been answered once (at which time the rep lied and said the refund was already in the bank). Check the BBB - this business has an unsatisfactory rating."
"I was disapponited when the phones arrived and the manual for one is in Arabic sorry i speak English. I also did not receive one item and nothing was mentioned on the invoice if it is back ordered or just not coming. They did ship the phones out fast but the manual is really upsetting to me shipping address in the U.S.A should be sent with an English manual."

I am not at all happy with my order. The phone doesn't look new. I cannot get it work even for a day before I have to re-charge it. The re-charge takes more than four hours. Now, the phone stoppped charging. The charge point and the cable doesn't fit properly.
I got the phone on June30 and the website says I cannot return.
The customer service is terrible. They are not customer friendly. I am just two days late for the return policy, and they don't consider my return request.I feel horrible. Never seen a company like this.
