"I was very disappointed when using Chegg this semester. I had finals up until December 21st when the books were due so I printed off the packing slip and dropped the box off to be picked up by UPS on the 21st, but with the holiday on tuesday it was not picked up until wednesday and I was charge an extension fee for all of my books even though I dropped them off on time."

"I have been very pleased with the fast service that I have received. The books that are rented are in good condition as well. I like that I do not have to pay twice for the shipping to ship the book back is free and so easy to just go and drop it off at the UPS store. I also like that I can track and that Chegg sends emails to let you know the book was shipped and when they receive the book. I am actually renting books for my daughter as well and will plan to use Chegg when my son starts college in a year. Thanks for the wonderful experience."

"Trying to sell books to Chegg has been like getting teeth pulled. Chegg has a problem and having your customer service people tell me to change browers is not the solution. I am very disappointed that Chegg cannot figure out it's problems. I keep geting a message that I have not filled in my shipping address when, not only have I filled it in, I have tried and failed with Internet Exploer, Foxfire and Google Chrome. How can you expect to do business this way??? Your custmer service person was "nice" but nice doesn't get the job done."
