Shipping is fast, return shipping is free and easy, they have a no questions asked return policy for about the first month that you have a book. I have rented from them every school semester for about the last three years, and if I have ever called with a problem, they have been exorbitantly generous and helpful. "Chegg is great! I love the idea of renting books. The books are always in very good condition. When you have to buy them and then TRY to resell them to a bookstore, you are lucky to get a quarter of what you paid. There have been cases when we did have to buy them and resold them to Chegg. They pay higher than the book stores, then you can use that credit to rent additional books. So glad were referred to Chegg!"

I was hesitant, for whatever reason, but I decided to give Chegg a try. I received my books in a matter of days and even though I had placed two orders separately, all of my books arrived together (obviously there is good organization in place). I'm taking a half semester course and recently ordered my books from Chegg. My books arrived in a matter of no more than 4 days after I ordered them. When I opened the package, I was a little surprised because it looked more like a care package than a textbook order.
