This was one of few sites where I found the above model, as matter of fact amazon, crutchfiled, bestbuy did have it. I placed th order on Aug 21 & requested them to deliver it by Aug 26th since I wanted gift it to my son on his birthday. I was surprised to see th TV in my house on August 25th. "Total satisfaction from Chris and Cleveland Plasma. I ordered on Tuesday 8/20. It was shipped out the same day and it arrived today 8/25. I am approx 1700 miles away as well.

The delivery was truly "white glove". The driver called and met me at the house during the scheduled window. Box arrived just like it had left the factory. Not a scratch, dent or hole in it. The driver was very courteous and almost excited as I was. He allowed me to do a full outside inspection and then we pulled the top of the box off at the front door so I could see the inside in strong daylight for any signs of damage. We pulled it inside and into the Den and he helped me install the medal spikes into the base as well as helping me to pick up the TV and place it onto the stand. I powered on the set and signed the release and he was on his way. All in all about 25 min from curbside to power up.

"When I first called Cleveland Plasma, I just wanted to get a price quote and a comparison between the Pioneer 5020FD and Panasonic 50PZ800U. I was a little hesitant to order something so large from an online retailer (even one so highly recommended on the AVS forums), and I would've liked it if they offered some financing options (just to ease the hit from buying a plasma TV). But the transaction was a breeze, the price couldn't be beat, and Chris was helpful in answering all my questions. "Purchased a Panasonic, 46" Series 800 Plasma, and the Panasonic Blu-Ray DVD player, from Chris and couldn't be happier. There is absolutely no reason to look anywhere else for a better price - I tried. It is understandably a little intimidating at first, plunking down so much money to order something over the internet and phone, but Cleveland Plasma is a business that you can trust. Chris answers the phone on the second or third ring and takes the time to talk with you. Naturally, you should expect to have to follow some paperwork processes for delivery in order to ensure insurance coverage remains valid. I had no problems with delivery or damage, and the shipper was only 30 minutes late from the pre-arranged time. I recommend tracking your shipment and contacting the local service center to pre-arrange the date and time. Bottom line, I’d do business with Cleveland Plasma again and recommend them to you."

"I emailed Chris at Cleveland Plasma/Extreme Electronics at 11 pm on a Wednesday night and within 5 minutes received a phone call from him. He was very helpful in helping me decide between the Panasonic Plasma TH-50PZ800U and the 46PZ800U. He was very cool about cutting me the best rate based on my circumstances. I live very close to his distributor in NJ and he suggested me picking up the unit to cut out the shipping costs. I also ordered a Tech Craft SWP60 entertainment stand. That had to be shipped from Cleveland. Unfortunately it arrived damaged (no fault of CP, just UPS!). I called Chris and right away he arranged for a new one to be sent. It arrived 2 days later in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier. I am so happy I went with CP because a big purchase like this needs someone on the other side to help you through. "Learned about Cleveland Plasma & Chris on the AVS Forum while trying to figure out which 58" or 60" plasma to buy.

Contacted several of the AVS Forum sponsors for pricing as well as Amazon.com on Sunday Aug. 3. Chris actually called me & we discussed my options, on a Sunday night. That's great customer service.

Chris suggested a Samsung 58" FP-T5884 for my living room location. I was also looking at the Pioneer 6020 & some Panasonics. I really didn't want to drop the big bucks for the Pioneer and Chris told me the FP-T5884 offered me the best bang for the buck. I ordered it, hoping to have it before the start of the Olympics on 8/8/8.

Well, it arrived this afternoon (Wed 8/6/8) and the delivery could not have gone smoother. I helpe d the driver get the large box in the house and he helped me set it on the stand. We inspected the TV closely & all was well. It powered up fine.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris & Cleveland Plasma. Great price combined with unbeatable customer service,a spectacularly unbeatable combination. It will always be my first stop now for any major electronics purchases.
