"Well, well, well....Where to begin...I contacted Chris at Cleveland quite some time ago as I was interested in the new Pansonic's that were coming out at the time. "I called Chris at Cleveland Plasma/Extreme Electronics to get a price on a Pioneer 50" plasma TV. He was very helpful and his price was great. I live about 100 miles from Cleveland and he allowed me to pick it up to save the shipping cost.

I was allowed (encouraged, actually) to inspect the TV closely when I picked it up. It was perfect, as I expected and it performs beautifully in my home.

Be aware of the return policy (restocking fee). I believe Chris will do everything he can rectify any actual problem you have, but this isn't the place to buy if there's a chance you might change your mind and simply not want it. I knew what I wanted and all is well."

"I recently purchased a new Samsung LN55A950 LCD flat screen TV from Cleveland Plasma/Extreme Electronics LLC. They were the only resource that I could find online that actually had this brand new model in stock. Retailers in my area do not carry the high end series Samsungs for some reason. BTW, This TV is fantastic.

Cleveland Plasma provided extraordinary service. When I called, a real person picked up right away! I told her that I was interested in ordering a TV and she immediately transferred me to Chris, one of the owners. Chris happily answered all my questions, did not rush to get me off the phone and took my order. I was somewhat suspicious that the model I wanted would not really be in stock but chris said that being able to deliver newly introduced products is one of is "niches". He was right! It turns out that my Samsung was shipped the same day (Wednesday). I had it hanging on my wall the following Tuesday! Chris even called Tuesday evening to make sure everything went well. I am very happy with every detail of doing business with Cleveland Plasma and will enthusiastically recommend them from now on.
