"Ok, first let me say do not buy TVs elsewhere. I tried to buy the TV I wanted the Panasonic TH-46PZ800U from someone else. Long story short I got that ickky feeling the other company(cough J&R cough...) tried a bait and switch. After that I was hesitant to buy my TV online from anyone. I checked into Cleveland plasma I got an email from Chris and spoke to Dale, both guys were very professional and yet still very laid back. Dale offered me the chance to pick up in my home state(NJ) to save on delivery which I did but after so much hassle with the other guys I was dying to get my TV. Dale asked when I wanted to pick it up... without hesitation I said TODAY!!! He asked if he could call me back in 15 min. after he verified that they indeed had it, I got his call after 7. I picked up my TV only two hours after I first spoke to Dale and it is a thing of beauty. About an hour after I got it home I got a call from Chris to make sure everything was ok, it was better than I hoped. How many places call to see if everything went ok? Do you think the big box stores care if you could fit it in your car? All around excellent, fast service, oh and they matched the price of the less reputable guys with bargain pricing. All in all what more can you ask for.... maybe free TVs but not much else."
