They are very responsive to customer needs. They work 365 days a year, 17 hours a day. When I call them, I never talk to an answer machine or navigate through phone menus – they pick up every call right away, even in the Labor Day evening when I first made the order. Also, Chris personally answered my e-mail every time, within a few hours. That is very impressive.

Chris is an honorable businessman. Just after I placed my order, before the TV was shipped, Samsung raised the price by $800, but Chris assured me that I would get the TV at the original price, and he kept his words. When the New York distributor could not get the TV for me soon enough, Chris assumed higher cost and shipped my TV directly from Cleveland, Ohio.
