"I was very pleased with the order and post order customer service. Coleman let me know the status of the order, timeframe and where the order was in the delivery process. When received for delivery, the set-up through the "white glove" service was very easy and delivered as scheduled. The delivery people were friendly and set-up quickly. I had a very small issue with the leg, but Coleman Customer Service was exceptional in getting the issue resolved, which was not due to any fault of their own. "

"I did a lot of searching for the perfect couch. And I mean, every day for about a month after I moved in. I wasn't explicitly looking for the perfect cloud couch dupe, but I definitely found it with the Cali Modular Sofa in Pearl. The material is soft, the down inside the cushions stays plush and it just looks much higher end than the price tag gives off. It arrived with a big stain on the outside of one of the corner pieces and because I didn't keep the packaging, not much could be done, understandably so. To do the best they could, they offered a discount to what we paid and I was happy with that. Chen, the customer service rep, was quick with her responses and informative throughout the process. I'm thrilled with the purchase."

"We had to wait about 4 weeks for the Sofa, but it was well worth the wait! We knew when buying the sofa that we might have to wait 4-6 weeks. It actually came a little sooner than we expected which was great!
The white glove delivery was SO wonderful, no cleanup, no set up, they took care of everything. The delivery guys even took off their shoes when entering the house.. they were very respectful. The feet were missing for the ottoman, which were sent to us only a few days later- the customer service is on point! Great company, would definitely work with them again!"

"I ordered a dining set and king size bet set from Coleman. Although it took longer than the initially estimated delivery times due to the merchandise failing the inspection, I’m overall satisfied with the products. The dining chairs came a bit dirty and with wobbly legs but I think I can fix them. The only complaint I have is the delivery scheduling process. There are too many points of contact and they don’t seem to communicate well one and another. When I tried to sort things out with the delivery company, it became rather a nightmare. But, the good news is the associate from Coleman was able to assist after all. The Coleman customer service is quite good. I just hope the manufacturers and the delivery company schedulers do their jobs better so that the merchandise gets timely delivered without having to go thru replacement orders and misunderstanding of the current status when scheduling the deliveries."

"We love the couch we bought. It was excellent. It took a while to get delivered -- that was annoying, but I understand that.
What was unacceptable was that the couch came without every piece it needed. It was missing the bracket to hook the two pieces together. Getting that piece both delivered and installed took about as long as the actual couch to be delivered. That's unacceptable, considering it wasn't our fault the bracket was missing.
Very peeved. Love the couch. Didn't love the response."
"I ordered a six-piece couch from Coleman and I absolutely love it. One of the bars had accidentally arrived bent, which made it so I could not connect two pieces in the sectional. However, I worked with Amy Spanish and she provided me with a one-time courtesy of sending me the replacement piece for free. I would highly recommend ordering from Coleman Furniture as the customer service was excellent. "

"I purchased a tv stand with hutch and absolutely loved it! The delivery took a while but I wasn't in no rush and once my furniture was ready it was all a breeze. Unfortunately the product dimensions were a little off and my TV did not fit in the hutch...very disappointing! I spoke to Joe Nino who was very kind and helpful. Joe was in constant communication by either emails or phone calls with updates. Joe listened and understood my situation and worked to help resolve the issue in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the customer service provided (as well as the product) and will definitely purchase more items in the future."
