"The deliveries themselves were great. The footboard had damages that were pointed out to me prior with an understanding they would be repaired. Second attempt, a repair person came out and could not fix it. On the third attempt, a new footboard arrived in worse condition than the first one. Coleman Furniture offered $100 to keep the damaged one. Nope. On the fourth attempt, a new one arrived and it was perfect. I am very satisfied with our beautiful solid cherrywood sleigh bed frame, the quality is great and the delivery service was awesome. I do appreciate the continued support from Coleman Furniture to ensure I was a satisfied customer."
"Shipping and delivery was just as expected. When I contacted customer service regarding one of the cushions being flat they coordinated with the manufacturer to have a replacement sent to me at no additional charge. Love my new couch and very happy with my purchasing experience overall. "

"Well I was so excited to get my dining table and 6 chairs from Coleman Furniture, the delivery was fast, and the set-up was quick, only problem was the chairs were not put together correctly and 6 of them wobbled something horrible. I called customer service, and they were very quick to help me. They send me a U-Tube video to try and fix the chairs myself and it worked!!!! Thank goodness! Be sure and check your delivery for any defects because once the delivery truck is gone, you are out of luck on returns. I am so thankful my problem was solved over the phone and internet, and I was not **** with 3 wobbly chairs. It was an easy fix and the furniture is worth the money I spend. "The time for the first delivery was reasonable, however, it took over a month to have the issue from my order resolved. The first shipment included an incorrect item that needed to be returned and the correct item ordered. The entire process of getting my correct item took 1 month and 6 days, which was longer than the original delivery itself. Customer service continued to provide me with the same answers, and I didn’t feel an ounce of sympathy until I spoke with Supervisors and reported to the BBB. I will never shop with Coleman ever again, and I have & will tell people to steer clear."

"I was very pleased with the order and post order customer service. Coleman let me know the status of the order, timeframe and where the order was in the delivery process. When received for delivery, the set-up through the "white glove" service was very easy and delivered as scheduled. The delivery people were friendly and set-up quickly. I had a very small issue with the leg, but Coleman Customer Service was exceptional in getting the issue resolved, which was not due to any fault of their own. "

"I did a lot of searching for the perfect couch. And I mean, every day for about a month after I moved in. I wasn't explicitly looking for the perfect cloud couch dupe, but I definitely found it with the Cali Modular Sofa in Pearl. The material is soft, the down inside the cushions stays plush and it just looks much higher end than the price tag gives off. It arrived with a big stain on the outside of one of the corner pieces and because I didn't keep the packaging, not much could be done, understandably so. To do the best they could, they offered a discount to what we paid and I was happy with that. Chen, the customer service rep, was quick with her responses and informative throughout the process. I'm thrilled with the purchase."

"We had to wait about 4 weeks for the Sofa, but it was well worth the wait! We knew when buying the sofa that we might have to wait 4-6 weeks. It actually came a little sooner than we expected which was great!
The white glove delivery was SO wonderful, no cleanup, no set up, they took care of everything. The delivery guys even took off their shoes when entering the house.. they were very respectful. The feet were missing for the ottoman, which were sent to us only a few days later- the customer service is on point! Great company, would definitely work with them again!"

"I ordered a dining set and king size bet set from Coleman. Although it took longer than the initially estimated delivery times due to the merchandise failing the inspection, I’m overall satisfied with the products. The dining chairs came a bit dirty and with wobbly legs but I think I can fix them. The only complaint I have is the delivery scheduling process. There are too many points of contact and they don’t seem to communicate well one and another. When I tried to sort things out with the delivery company, it became rather a nightmare. But, the good news is the associate from Coleman was able to assist after all. The Coleman customer service is quite good. I just hope the manufacturers and the delivery company schedulers do their jobs better so that the merchandise gets timely delivered without having to go thru replacement orders and misunderstanding of the current status when scheduling the deliveries."
