Outstanding Customer Service

"Found out about an issue with my dresser after delivery. Nothing I did, but was delivered as such. Connected with Coleman’s customer service since I purchased a warranty and they took care of me quickly without a hassle. I’m sure this was managed under the manufacturer’s warranty since it’s only been a few months and if that’s the case, the vendor took care of me with no hassle. Thank you so much! ❤️"

Bench leg issue

"We purchased a curved bench for additional seating around our round dining room table. The bench was delivered ahead of schedule, package in good condition. When we were in the process of putting it together we found one of the legs was missing the notched opening that the crossbar needed to fit into. We notified customer service, they requested pictures which we sent and they immediately contacted the manufacturer to order a replacement leg. We received weekly updates on the ETA of the replacement. Due to shipping delays went on for over two months. Coleman Furniture representative Crya, kept in constant communication but was not able to expedite the replacement leg. After the last delay notification she emailed to let us know that a new bench had been shipped.

Coleman Furniture and our rep, Cyra exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend anyone looking for furniture to look at their site. We will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

"They are very clear what your getting. Customer service was great answering all my questions before purchasing. They weren't pushy at all. I highly recommend purchasing the guardian for your purchase its worth every penny! Mine cost 129.00 with my purchase of $3,000. Will fix anything for 5 years anyone with pets and kids will know that extra $129 is worth it. Cant wait to receive my new couch!"

Great Experience, Beautiful Furniture

"We had a great experience with Coleman Furniture. The set was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering and the delivery team was fast and removed our old set to the curb. We had a small issue with a black smudge on top of the ottoman, but it was handled promptly and to our satisfaction by the associate, Joe Nino, who kept in contact with us the entire time and offered various solutions to try to remove the stain or replace the cover. We love our new furniture so much and I hope to not have to find out how well stains remove beyond that smudge that we've gotten to lighten, but it seems super easy to clean and keep new-looking. With kids, you find out pretty quickly how well the furniture can take a beating. I would not hesitate to order from Coleman/Ashley Furniture again. It was an easy experience and I'm happy with my new sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman. They are so pretty, classy, and, best of all, new. "

"I was so impressed with the company's timely delivery of my furniture. Initially, I was told that it will take a month for my bed set to arrive but they delivered in 10 days. Also, the bed slat was missing and they made arrangements to deliver it the next day. The bed set, delivery, and customer service were all excellent !!!"

"The orders will not arrive until 2 months later. If you cancel, they constantly call and harass you. They tried to keep part of my money even though I canceled the same day1 This place isn't worth your time. RUN FAST. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!"

BUYER BEWARE!

"I purchased a wall unit for my home for $1,049. It was poorly constructed and of extremely cheap material. When I contacted the company to return, they charge 15% plus $738 in delivery fees! This company is conducting poor business practices, and I would advise any potential buyer to stay away from this online retailer! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Notice how they don't have Google reviews? They are a shady company!

Problem quickly reolved

"I had purchased a pair of chairs. The packaging when opened was in disarray, but the chairs themselves appeared ok. It was only AFTER assembly that a crack in the arm and attaching upright was noticed. By that time I had already disposed of the packaging. I took a few pictures, sent them along to customer support. I received a reply within a day, a "claim" ticket and the assurance it would be looked into with the manufacturer. AND that's exactly what happened much to my delight. Within 2 weeks, the issue was resolved with 2 replacement chairs being shipped to me. Terrific customer support, polite, accurate, accommodating, what more could anyone ask for? I am a repeat customer, and will continue to be."
